Great place

Super place for a short stay. Cleanliness was exceptional, the process professional and responsive. Only wish for more comfortable seating as we were a party of older folks.

Clean, cozy, and convenient

Stayed one night and was exactly what we needed for a quick stay. Place was immaculate and our hosts were super responsive and communicative. The location is ideal for going downtown, shopping and enjoying Grants Pass.

Step above hotel room

Clean and well laid out home. Missing a few simple things that would have made our stay even better. We chose the home specifically for the use of the kitchen and the laundry facilities. Unfortunately there was no laundry soap provided and the cooking utensils were very limited. A roll of paper towel would go a long ways as well.

Great place to stay!

We came to Grants Pass to visit our son for Christmas and New Years and the unit was perfect for an extended stay. It was spotless upon arrival. And we loved the location because we could walk to the many places our son wanted us to see. We will definitely stay here again!

Cute & Clean but Bare-Bones

The place was new, cute and clean. However we have never stayed at a property that was as void of a homey feel as this place. It would only take a little extra to make all the difference- paper towels in the kitchen, a pod or two of laundry detergent per night to wash clothes, maybe a few snacks in a basket, a couple of throw blankets for watching tv, cozy comforters for the beds, & liquid creamer in the fridge for coffee. Isn’t it the whole point to stay at a place that has a touch of home? Also what is the deal with the too tall gargantuan, tree trunk barstools!?

This rental property was precisely as listed, extremely clean. It was easy to communicate with the owners and they graciously allowed us a later checkout. Our only observation is that there was very limited toilet tissue and no paper towels, napkins, or tissues.

Hidden beauty

I booked this place because it was big enough to sleep 3 people in three separate rooms. WOW was I surprised. The photos don’t do it justice. It was so nice. A little hard to find the driveway but once we were in it was very nice. Within walking distance from the park and river, I would highly recommend this place. Extremely clean its a two bedroom apartment with a laundry room. Great place to spend several days to explore the area. So much to see and do within a couple hours drive.

Very nice duplex, close to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was big and comfortable with lots of privacy. We were close to water, parks, and downtown. There was some "town" noise at night, but this is expected being in the middle of things with its location. Made for really enjoyable morning walks to get coffee with your sweetie. We used everything the home had to offer, cooking in the full kitchen, enjoying the back patio, washing clothes, watching movies in the large living area. We also really enjoyed the mini split air conditioning system that allowed for the perfect comfort in each room. Very nice place, we will rent this home again.

Quint & Cozy

This was our first Air B&B experience and it exceeded our expectations! The unit was close to local amenities and activities. A suggestion would be a sound bar on the TV in the main room to redirect the sound towards the room the main as opposed to the adjacent room - goes right through the walls! Might also check the remote in main bedroom - it was inoperatable. Last thing. Perhaps some outside chairs to enjoy the Oregon air! These are just small things and didn't affect our overall ratiing in the least. We hated to leave really. We have already referred Cherry and the units to everyone we meet/see! Thank you so much!!

Nice getaway!

Appon arrival we noticed that the house was nice and clean. While parking, there was one parking spot when we had two vehicles. (the listing didnt state otherwise). Check in was smooth, the door wouldnt lock when we would leave. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was not enough bedding or accommodations for all of our guests. We ended up buying bedding and luckly brought a cot just incase there hasn't room for our extra add on. There was one blanket and one pillow with nothing else for the couch fold out. The house was nice and clean besides the master bath smelt like urine. Also, we think the air conditioner in thr living room was making alot of noise all night. But all in all we figured it out and had a good time.
