Lovely home and tastefully decorated.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a full week in Marco at this four bedroom home. It was clean and well stocked with fresh linens and towels. The check in process was easy and we got friendly and helpful text messages along the way to let us know what to expect w pool cleaning and lawn maintenance. We did find a few loose tiles that could be a hazard by the pool if not careful. The lighting in the kitchen could be brighter and marked clearly for food preparation. Location was excellent and safe. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return next year!

Amazing home for our little family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family. We were in Orlando and supposed to go back home on Monday, but on Sunday afternoon we decided we wanted to head south for more sunshine. We looked at homes and luckily found this one. The management company was quick to approve our booking. When we arrived at the house we immediately noticed the cleanliness, which we appreciated the most. The view of the canal was beautiful and the pool was perfect for our kids. The location was great being close to Publix and all of the best restaurants. We ordered breakfast from the Red Rooster a few days which I highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again!

Our happy place!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed there for four years. Everything was great. The house could use some updating. In the past four years nothing has changed. One of the stairs was broke when we arrived. The kitchen could use new supply's such as Tupperware, utensils, silverware etc. Beach chairs could also use some updating. Overall, everything was perfect. Thank you.

Nice house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time here. Plenty of beach amenities are included (chairs, cooler, umbrella), four bikes too. The pool is small but warm and clean with lots of floatie toys for the kids to use. The couch mentioned in earlier reviews was replaced during our stay. TVs and wifi were great, no problems. My only comments are that not enough bath or pool towels were initially provided, but the management company responded immediately when we asked for more...the only other negative: this house needs a pizza wheel cutter desperately! We had a relaxing time here, and management was responsive and proactive.

I had a wonderful stay. The property is well-maintained and clean. The master bed was perfect for me; it was so comfy that I almost didn't want to get up in the morning. I really enjoyed the canal, where I caught several fish and saw dolphins on a couple of days. The pool, while not large, was perfect for getting in some swim time. The location is great, close to a grocery store and a short drive to the beach, in a beautiful neighborhood. There were only a couple of minor issues that should be addressed. One evening, the house got a little cool, and when I turned on the heat, the smoke alarm went off. I assume this was due to the vents not being cleaned out from not being used. The water pressure in the master shower was low, but I managed. The kitchen could use some plastic storage containers to store leftover food after cooking. These were minor issues that did not really affect the enjoyment of my stay. I would highly recommend this property, and I look forward to returning.

Very nice property and very well laid out. It was delivered incredibly clean and any maintenance issues were addressed right away. Communication was excellent. I do wish there was an extra bathroom upstairs or on the opposite side of the house, but it worked well for our needs. The AC was cold, the beds were very comfortable, and the the grill was an added plus. We would definitely stay here again.

A couple of minor quirks ...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has been remodeled extensively inside and out and everything is very nice. The back living area (family room, kitchen eating area, lanai) has a wonderful canal view. It was very clean with new furnishings throughout. Master bedroom and bathroom is very nice. The quirks - there is only one additional bathroom intended to serve the other 3 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom (upstairs loft area) has no bathroom on that floor. The microwave oven is at knee height in the kitchen. The soap/shampoo shelf in the master bathroom is also at knee height. Finally, the front of the house faces San Marco Blvd which is one of the busier streets in Marco. Fortunately, Marco Island is very quiet with little traffic after 9 pm.

Wonderful, Relaxing Property

We had a great time staying at this house. The kids and adults all enjoyed the pool and outside space the most. Everything was clean and well maintained. The pool/beach accessories provided were great. We didn’t use the grill, but it looked very nice and new. Contacting the property manager was so simple and they got back to us right away to help us with any problems we had (AC and pool heater had turned themselves off, they were fixed within a couple hours). We didn’t have internet while we were there, but it wasn’t a huge inconvenience.

Great Spring Break Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled with one other family so they were nine of us total and the house was perfect. The layout was great, had everything we needed, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the kids loved fishing off the dock in the back. It was wonderful having the beach chairs and umbrella available but recommend getting to the beach early if you were there during a busy time of year. We also enjoyed the bikes and it was a quick and easy trip to Publix and the hardware store. Overall a great experience and would definitely rent this house again!

December 2021 Stay

We loved the house. Was kept up amazing, except for the couch in the living room. Broken and really uncomfortable. Loved the separate area up stairs. Great location and could walk to Publix. Marco island vacations took care of everything 1,2,3z. Have used them I. The past and as always right on top of everything. Kitchen layout and master bath, Amazing!! Could use more pool Yours . Bikes were great. View in back was great. The kids favorite part was how warm the pool was kept!

We love this house! Foos ball game is a big hit w young & old! Kitchen is great (except could use more sauce pans & skillets) & lots of seating for meals! Only downside is the couch is living room has had it! Broken down & uncomfortable! Needs to be replaced. Chairs are very nice in LR, but everyone is afraid to get up b/c someone will snag it! Marco vacation properties were very responsive to our needs & replaced a shower head that wasn’t working well the same morning!! Thank you so much!

Location is peaceful...

This home has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable time away. Location is not in the busy part of Marco and is in an amazing residential area within walking distance to stores. The bike rides we took were so much fun and the heated pool is tucked away for complete privacy. It also has a light for a nice night swim. Beautiful kitchen with great cookware and a Weber grill outside in the lanai was like brand new. The 2nd floor added a place for our adult boys to hang out and play a game of foosball or the PS 4. The rental company was top notch and their app works great! House is SPOTLESS and we are very fussy about that so this is a great place to rent for your vacation!

Marco Island Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for us. The property description was right on and the pool and yard were maintained very well. The bedrooms accommodated all of us quite easily with large areas in the main room and the kitchen to hang out in. The customer service was great with reminders for trash and recycling every night before and we even got to rent 3 bikes from them (there were already 2 that come in the garage for free). It was about a 2.5 mile bike ride to the public beach access and a beautiful ride to catch the sunset. All in all, awesome

May 2020 Stay

We had a wonderful time in your exceptional home. The maritime ambiance and furniture style fits the priceless view down the channel. We enjoyed our mornings sitting on the lanai and sometimes even being lucky to have dolphins and manatees in front of the dock. The pool and lanai setting is beautiful providing a lot of privacy. The beds are in a perfekt condition. We loved the white cotton bed sheets and white towels. We also loved the kitchen a lot because we brought a lot of kitchen equipment (pots, pans, my own knives and some kitchen appliances, we love to cook 😉) and we had plenty of empty cabinet room to store everything properly. We had some minor issues that immediately were solved by the property managers - very helpful and friendly, fast reacting people. Overall we loved your house and felt at home far away from home.

Our month at 12 Algonquin Ct Marco Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the house! Loved the location! The only negatives that can’t be corrected is the noise from the traffic on San Marco Road. The jacked up pick-up trucks and motorcycles were a constant reminder of the sunrise/sunset travel on that busy highway. Don’t get me started on the late night weekend passage to Stan’s...Another quick note, the kitchen was poorly equipped if you liked to stay home and cook. In closing, it was one of the cleanest and well-furnished rental that we have lived in...a darling well-maintained bungalow on a canal!
