This home is in a 24/7 guarded and gated community- 5 minutes to highway 192 with plenty of restaurants, stores, Super WalMart and activities. Our homes are so unique with so many extra features like no other Windsor Hills homes.

You can trust the cleanliness, upgrades and extras shown here. We use the best management team that is on call during your stay and who ensures the house and everything in it is kept clean and refreshed after and before every stay. This "Neverland" home has your own screened-in pool and spa with child safety fence and door pool alarm (not standard) for EXTRA SAFETY and other thoughtful details of home, baby and toddler equipment, nothing missed!

This home will be continually upgraded. The owners and their children are from the US and also use this home often so you can trust it will be cared for. In addition, the community amenities are meticulously maintained and include a 10,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, new waterslides, amazing splash pad, heated zero-entry pool, heated spa, movie theater, arcade, fitness room, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, playgrounds, walking trails and putting greens.

NO, the pool and spa is complementary and set to 86 for pool and 103 for spa.

2. Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, both bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

3. Does the pool have a child safety fence?
Yes, the pool is equipped with a removable child safety fence. We also have a pool slider alarm for extra child safety.

4. Does the Villa have WIFI?
Yes, the Villa is equipped with complimentary high speed Wifi.

5. Is there a coffee maker?
Yes, the Kitchen has a Keurig K-Cup machine as well as a drip coffeemaker.

6. What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, soap and toilet paper. But we are unique and offer full stay supply of garbage bags, laundry detergent and dishwashing tabs.

7. Is smoking allowed in the Villa or by the Pool?
No, smoking is NOT allowed in the Villa or by the Pool. Only in front of house by road please.

8. Are Pets allowed?
No, Pets of any kind are NOT allowed. We cater to high allergy repeat guests daily.

9. What are the times for Check-In and Check-Out?
Check-In is at 4:00 p.m. and Check-Out is 10:00 a.m.

10. Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Yes, Windsor Hills permits a maximum of three cars per Villa.

11. Does the Villa have baby equipment?
Yes, the Villa is equipped with a high chair, pack and play, bed guards and a stroller.

12. Is there a BBQ Grill?
Yes we offer a free Weber BBQ grill for guest use.

We had a party of 10 stay and had ample space for all. The 2 washers/dryers were so beneficial with having to wash bathing suits and pool towels after our daily dips in the pool and hot tub! The game room was a hit! We had so much fun and the proximity to Disney was wonderful!

This was a perfect fit for our family! The house looked just as the pictures. The living space was cozy and comfortable for those nights we did stay in. We had a blast in the pool and were in the hot tub every night- both worked perfectly. The walk to the clubhouse was relaxing and not far. The playground is also right down the road. It was a great location and great place to stay all around!

Everything was wonderful even with the very crazy freezing temperatures..the house was cozy and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and stayed nice temperatures on the days that were freezing. Great communication because when we asked someone to come check the hot tub they came out right away. The game room was a huge hit!! So much fun!! It was a perfect home to stay in between park days.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed…it truly felt like a home away from home! Everything was clean, well-organized, and made it so easy to settle in and relax. The arcade was such a fun bonus and a huge hit with the kids, and they had the best time in the pool. We also really enjoyed the community amenities as well! The pool house was fantastic, and everything was well-maintained and worked perfectly. The location couldn’t have been better-super convenient and close to everything, which made getting around Orlando a breeze. On top of all that, the host was amazing. Communication was excellent from start to finish…quick, helpful, and friendly, which made the whole experience even smoother. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone. Such a great stay!

The layout of the house was great for our large group of 11. The kids enjoyed the warm pool and game room with plenty to do. There were some things that could use some TLC like a stuck door knob and a bed frame that was missing a piece. The house uses a hot water tank in case you’re curious. We loved the neighborhood setting and ability to walk to the clubhouse. Thank you for opening up your house to us!

Our stay at Neverland was wonderful! There was excellent communication from Kristy the moment we booked. She shared so much helpful information! Upon arrival, the house was spotless, well stocked with necessities and cleaning products. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Our party of 12 enjoyed the game room and pool! Perfect in every way!

This was our 2nd time staying at one of Kristy's homes in Windsor Hills. Neverland provided the perfect place for our group of 4 adults and 3 children; more room than we really needed but it was nice to be able to spread out and let everyone have their space. The home was very clean and had very comfortable beds and pillows, which is important after walking around Disney parks all day. The 2 twin bedrooms were perfect; the 4 year old loved the Tinkerbell room and the 10 year old was thrilled with the Star Wars theme room. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen has everything you could need. We had a minor kitchen issue, which was promptly taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to book one of Kristy's homes again!

Beautiful home

We spent the past week at Neverland, and had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The kids had a great time in the game room, and we all enjoyed the pool. There was more than enough supplies provided that you could need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable. Just a great time at a great house, we would definitely like to visit again.

Many other properties are very worn from years of rentals and no upgrades. Within a month of seeing this property we bought it to vacation with our family and to share with others with the same passion to spend quality time in the "MOST MAGICAL PLACE ON EARTH."
