Studio downtown near train station
Housing in the heart of Le Mans, completely renovated in 2019, ideal for a professional stay or a tourist weekend.
Our pretty 24m2 studio is ideally located in the city center, a 5-minute walk from Place de la République, 7 minutes from the SNCF train station, 100m from shops (bakery, food, etc.) and close to nightlife (restaurants, etc.). .
In addition, the tram is 200m away with direct access to the SNCF train station (2 min), the 24-hour circuit (20 min), the hospital center (12 min) or the university (18 min).
It is a very pleasant accommodation with fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker ...), the main room includes a double bed (140cm) and a BZ convertible sofa with very mattress comfortable. The linen is provided, our goal is to make you feel at home.

I begge senge lå man direkte ovenpå tværbjælkerne! Der er ikke dør mellem køkken og toilet. Der var kraftig lugt af skimmelsvamp på badeværelset! Vi rejste på første dag og fandt et nyt hotel...

Hi Peter,
We are sorry our flat didn't meet your expectations. The bed is of normal size (described in the flat's description) and our maintenance didn't notice any moisture smell in the bathroom.
Usually our customers find our flat cosy, clean, well situated (5m walk from center) and are happy of our responsiveness for any question (for example you changed 3 times in a day your arriving time and we adapted each time very quickly).
As our flat is really clean, I find very rude to give us a 1 star review, above all when you didn't call us to let us know and correct your smell disturbance (if any).
Again we're sorry for your bad experience as our main goal is to satisfy our customers.
