Housing in the heart of Le Mans, completely renovated in 2019, ideal for a professional stay or a tourist weekend.

Our pretty 24m2 studio is ideally located in the city center, a 5-minute walk from Place de la République, 7 minutes from the SNCF train station, 100m from shops (bakery, food, etc.) and close to nightlife (restaurants, etc.). .

In addition, the tram is 200m away with direct access to the SNCF train station (2 min), the 24-hour circuit (20 min), the hospital center (12 min) or the university (18 min).

It is a very pleasant accommodation with fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker ...), the main room includes a double bed (140cm) and a BZ convertible sofa with very mattress comfortable. The linen is provided, our goal is to make you feel at home.

Très bon week-end.

Nous avons loué cet appartement à l'occasion des 24h du Mans moto. L'appartement est très bien, propre et fonctionnel. Juste le lit qui nous attirent au milieu mais pas méchant. Sinon l'emplacement très bien (proche commerces et tramway) et proprio très sympa, réactif et disponible.

I begge senge lå man direkte ovenpå tværbjælkerne! Der er ikke dør mellem køkken og toilet. Der var kraftig lugt af skimmelsvamp på badeværelset! Vi rejste på første dag og fandt et nyt hotel...
