Tennessee Mountian Side Home

The home backs the Appalachia Trail Mountain Range. There is county authorized, public road access for ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) to the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top, TN. The home is close to the interstate. Norris Dam, Norris Lake access and Norris Dam State Park are less than a 10-minute drive. Many other local attractions. This is a great, private getaway. You will enjoy the space. I own other similar property available to book.

Fully furnished 4-bedroom home. There is WIFI and Apple TV available. large front porch and a small back porch off the kitchen where there is a gas grill.

Full access to the property. Spend time in the woods behind the home. ATV access is encouraged but limited to and from the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top. Upon arriving to the property, you will drive over abandon railroad tracks and follow down the gravel driveway to the house. Care in crossing the tracks the first time. Real low cars may scrape a little. I will be available to help you get settled.

Kitchen was fully supplied. Fenced in back yard for kids. The house lights are tricky, theres so many lol. House was a good size and very clean. The driveway is narrow and winding so we had to park our large gooseneck trailer off site. Everything remained safe and intact. Very close to 2 trail heads at windrock. Very nice location. Town is RZR friendly for fuel and food. Had a great trip!

Great house. We went to ride in windrock. Great location and enough room for 4 trucks and trailers. It was kind of tricky turning around but not an issue for someone who knows how to drive a trailer. It was quite. great place!

Plenty of room to park and turn around, the house was clean except the shower curtain in the spare bathroom. The cushions on the front porch could be replaced, they are old and worn. Also no instructions on the air conditioner, how to adjust it.

Perfect vacation spot for riding Windrock!

Always love staying here, the house is perfect and comfortable. Porches and fire pit are our favorite places! Lots of room for trucks and trailers to maneuver. Will be staying again!

We had a experience with this house and property owner! Will was kind enough to meet us late into the evening to make sure we found the property alright. He was very quick to respond when we had a question. The home was spotless! If I had to knock one thing it would be the location. The area is very back woodsy but that’s TN for you! We enjoyed our stay!

Great Family Trip

We stayed at this property for a week with our grown children and our daughters fiancé . The home was perfect for us. Will was great communicating and helping us out when we had a trailer for our ATVs to store on a separate property. The house was in a nice spot at the end of the street. A little narrow for a large truck or trailer. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable, beds and living spaces. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to the trails at Windrock and it had plenty of parking. The property manager manager met us and followed him to the property when we got there. The house was very clean and the yard space was awesome. Definitely a great place to stay if your are going to Windrock.

Clean, comfortable, and easy access to windrock park. Great spot for park your sxs in an open garage and place to park small trailers. Long trailers will be difficult.

This was a great stay.

The owner helped us get in on the day we arrived, the house was clean, well kept, and felt very safe. The neighborhood raccoons came out at dark every night and made a bit of noise but didn’t seem to mess up anything. There were so many great activities very close to the house that we will be needing to come back again because we ran out of time to do everything. It was a relief to find that we could park our extended 12 passenger ford transit with a mid level roof in the car port to protect it from weather. Most rental properties do not have a covered parking space for a vehicle like this.
