Plusieurs commerces se trouvent en bas de la rĂ©sidence ( Boulangerie, primeur, Boucherie, crĂšmerie, Tabac)Seul bĂ©mol, la chambre, le salon et la terrasse donnent sur une voie trĂšs trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ©e mĂȘme la nuit et l'appartement n'est pas Ă©quipĂ© de climatisation donc impossible de dormir avec les fenĂȘtres ouvertes Ă  cause du bruit et fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es il fait extrĂȘmement chaud selon la tempĂ©rature extĂ©rieure.Le sĂ©jour Ă  malgrĂ© tout Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able et la situation gĂ©ographique est top pour visiter les alentours.

Nos vacances à Gujan Mestras ont été super... Beaucoup de belles choses à faire, Visites des ports, le centre ville d'Arcachon, L'ßle aux oiseaux, Cap Ferret, Dune du Pyla balade en pinasse,de superbes photos à faire... Juste un bémol : prévoir le nécessaire pour les piqûres de moustiques.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Gujan-Mestras, l'appartement est idéalement placé, trÚs fonctionnel, lumineux, moderne , seul bémol un des voisins était bruyant surtout la nuit ce qui fait qu'on entendait et cela nous réveillait, mis à part cela on a bien apprécié l'endroit.

La perfection.

Tout le processus est impeccable de A a Z. Le logement est particulierement bien equipé. Un reel plaisir pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. Logement spacieux, propre, parking prive. Les commerces sont juste en bas de l'immeuble avec une excellente boucherie, une boulangerie, un primeur et une poissonnerie. J'y retournerai sans hesiter. Jai passe un excellent sejour. Petit conseil pour les plages: etendez vos recherches a toute la gironde et pas uniquement le bassin d'arcachon, vous trouverez des merveilles a 30min en voiture.

SĂ©jour idĂ©al pour visiter le bassin d'Arcachon : situĂ© Ă  quelques minutes de la route principale, cet appartement est Ă©quipĂ© de tout le confort nĂ©cessaire pour des vacances, y compris une terrasse spacieuse orientĂ©e Ă  l'ouest, un grand salon avec des canapĂ©s Ă©lectriques (Ă©quipĂ©s d'une prise USB chacun !) et une chambre spacieuse et une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Plusieurs magasins situĂ©s dans le mĂȘme bĂątiment complĂštent le cadre, notamment un primeur, un poissonnier et un boulanger. Cinq Ă©toiles !
