Location, Location, Location! Slope-side in the Axtel Building. This unit has a king-size bed and pull-out couch.

It is located in Mt Crested Butte, on the slope side of the mountain. Beautiful views off the large balcony, looking right at the mountain. Views from the bedroom, kitchen, and living area. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner, and Historical Crested Butte is just a short 10-minute (free) bus ride with more shopping and amazing restaurants for all walks of life.

It's the perfect location for skiing and mountain biking. A true ski-in/ski-out and bike-in/bike-out location. If you were any closer, you would be sitting on the mountain.

Location of the condo is excellent. Definitely ski-in/ski-out. Short walk (less than 75 yds) to ski rentals and shops at the base of the Crested Butte ski resort. Small condo, but perfect for my son and I on a 4 day ski vacation.

You can’t get any closer to the lifts. Perfect location for watching new years eve fireworks and torchlight ski down. Very small bathroom with funky shower layout. Nice kitchen. Ski storage within steps of the lift is a plus. No bedroom clothes drawer storage and 1 small rod and shelf closet. I loved it, wife not so much.

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay in this condo. Roger was so helpful and made the check-in process a breeze. You can’t beat being steps away from the lift. The hot tub is also amazing!

The deck was our favorite spot!

This is a terrific 1 bedroom unit located right next to the Silver Queen lift with fantastic views of Mt Crested Butte. In the mornings we did our outdoor activities and the afternoons were spent relaxing on the deck watching the activities in the base area. Perfect place for some R&R!

So this is our dream we want to share with you! We have been to CB for years as a family and decided to buy a unit to use and share with others! This condo could not be closer and after years of renting, we were able to buy! Come and enjoy the best-kept secret in Colorado!

Why they chose this property

This place cannot be closer...in the summer, great access to the mountain and summer concerts off your deck. In the winter, super easy to put your skis on and the lift is right in front of the steps. Location, location, location for sure!
