We had a great stay in Crested Butte. This home is small but cozy and well appointed. The location can’t be beat - just a block from all the restaurants and shops.
Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time relaxing in the evenings surrounded by snow. Kitchen was very well equipped, house was extremely clean, and location was perfect for bus stop, nordic center, and elk avenue.
The house was just perfect for our family of four. It’s all updated, cozy and comfortable for our 5 night stay in CB. It was great being one block off Elm St (main drag) and a three minute walk to the bus stop to take us to the mountain. The property manager was very helpful too. We all enjoyed the soft blankets. A great place to stay!
We come to CB often and have for many, many years.
We’ve stayed in at least 10 different rental properties.
This is becoming our favorite. Single level living.
Big, roomy front room with very comfy sofas.
One block from Elk Ave.
Very enjoyable, easy stay.
Thanks, again!

Close to everything!
We loved staying here! Easy to get to everything. We walked one block to the parade and to all the restaurants in town. Easy access to drive to some great hiking trails and we took the town shuttle up the mountain, caught it a block from the house. Great home for kids, had some nice kid-friendly perks and close to parks as well. House had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Cozy cottage in the heart of Crested Butte!
Open floor plan for the living room and kitchen area. The living room is cozy with a wood burning stove, great during the winter to warm up to while watching movie. Modern kitchen with a cottage charm, and a nice sized table for guests or family. Stacked washer/dryer, great if you need to do a load of laundry. The bedrooms are a decent size and there is enough room for 2 people to sleep in each room (single bed in one room, and bunk beds in the other). The bathroom has been recently been updated, and has a good sized shower with a sink and toilet. The front and back porch have amazing views and the location couldn't be better since it is 2 blocks off the main street in Crested Butte. Which is great when you want to go shopping, or go to bars/restaurants because you don't have to drive. It is a short drive to Crested Butte mountain. Overall, I thought this was a great place to rent for a ski weekend.
I'll try to stay here again!I've visited CB in September in the five years each side of the pandemic. This property has the best location of the places I've stayed for access to the Center for the Arts, the Majestic, and everything that Elk Avenue has to offer -- yet it was blissfully quiet at night and parking wasn't tight. Perfect.I used the well equipped kitchen every morning and the laundry machines a few times. The mattress in the main bedroom was better than mine at home. The heating system was very responsive. The building well sealed, exactly what you would expect in CB.Questions that I texted to a local service provider were promptly and helpfully answered.Easily recommended.
Fantastic location!! Easy to walk or bike anywhere in and around town. The off-street parking is a bit steep on the passenger side but there was room for us to get in and out of an Outback with a toddler. And we always had a parking spot which is super nice. Everything in the house worked fine. The washer and dryer are great. The house is shoeless and it would be nice to have slightly upgraded accommodations such as a bench for getting shoes on and off but not a huge deal. Overall we had a great stay and we would recommend staying here to friends and family, and we would be happy staying here again next time we visit CB.
Great experience all around! The host provided lots of information for our stay. Was quick to respond anytime we had questions. The house had everything we needed. Would recommend to our family and friends!
The house is really close to Elk Avenue and the shuttle to get up to the mountain. The home is clean and has everything you need and more. Would definitely stay here again!
The property was warm and cozy!!!! Just as advertised. Definitely enjoyed our stay. The main street is just a block away. The owner is kind and very accomodating. Excellent communication throughout the process. Would definitely use this property again!
My family loved this little no frills cozy house in the heart of CB. A perfect baseops for our skiing adventure. Nice soaps, clean blankets, hot water, tide pods, paper products etc. We hope to stay here again
Came for the hiking but the location was perfect to walk downtown for shopping and dinner. House is very updated and very clean with everything you need. Definitely looking forward to a winter stay!
We will definitely be back. From the property we could walk to the best coffee in CO at Camp 4 Coffee so we did that every day enjoying the views of Crested Butte and Gothic mountain on the way.
The hosts were incredibly hospitable even though they weren’t in town. The perfect blend of privacy for us but reachable with them. All the details in the home are thoughtful. The bathroom looks remodeled with a spacious shower too.
You simply won’t beat this blend of location, hospitality, and amenities in CB!
We stayed four nights to hike among the wildflowers and aspens. Several of the hikes we started from this property. We could walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and Sunday farmers market. I personally like this vibe much better than up the hill in the ski area. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.
My old college roommate and I stayed for a ski trip. The house was a great fit for the two of us. It is really well located. It is a short walk to the main drag (Elk Ave.) and the bus runs on Whiterock Ave right behind the property. There is a stop sign at 4th and Whiterock; the bus will pick you up and drop you off right there, even though it is not an official stop.
The hosts were great. This is a great place to stay for a ski trip and if you are skiing, take the bus, so easy, so fast.
My husband and I have stayed at least a dozen Crested Butte rental homes over the last couple of decades. We may have found a new favorite.
The location is perfect being only one block from elk. The living area is plenty big and has very comfortable furniture. It’s just a really nice, comfortable space.
