The Space:

Live like a local on Elk Ave in this terrific 2-bedroom, 2-bath standalone home, half a block from the free mountain shuttle and just across the street from the town tennis courts. Bring your pooch; well-behaved dogs are welcome!



Main Level

A functional mudroom greets you at the door, the perfect spot to shed boots, shoes, and gear before heading further in. To the left, the living room offers a pullout sofa and a smart TV connected to Apple TV, while to the right, a well-equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and a cozy dining nook. Wood floors run throughout the main level, save for the tiled mudroom. A full bath and full-size washer/dryer complete this floor. Please note: while photos show a fireplace, it's no longer operational, as the home is heated by a boiler.



Upstairs

Two bedrooms share a full bath: one with a queen bed and a full futon, the other with two twin beds—comfortable options whether you're traveling as a couple, a family, or a small group.



Outside

Step out to a large deck overlooking a fenced-in backyard, complete with a gas grill you can fire up year-round.



Getting Around

The free town shuttle stops just down the street at the Four Way Stop, looping around town and up to the ski resort—making a car optional for your stay.



This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking. Additional dog may be considered, please contact us to discuss. No cats allowed.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

Guest Access:

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

Right next to the parking lot where you'd park and ride to the ski area. 1 block from the business district of the town of Crested Butte.



Getting Around:

Easy to walk or take a bus around the area.
