Welcome to our cute, spacious, sun filled and newly renovated Beach Villa. A Happy place for sandy feet, friends, and family. The Villa is located 1 block away from world famous Lido Beach, a 7 min walk to St Armand's Circle, and a short 3 mile drive to grocery shopping & the excitement of downtown Sarasota. The 2 bdr villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 people and features a private outdoor patio, spacious dining area, in-unit washer/dryer & dedicated parking. Come enjoy a taste of paradise!

FREE open air trolley service The Bay Runner available from 8am till midnight 7 days week. Closest stop to the villa - Lido Beach/Jonh Ringling Blvd/Ben Fr Dr will take you all way to downtown Sarasota! See route map in the listing photos.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Let us know about of any damages, stains or issues.
Return AC to cool at 75 F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No visitors or guests other than those on the reservation No parties No shoes in the house No loud activity after 10pm out of respect for neighbors
Note that there are motion-activated external security cameras at the front porch and back door for security, verification of check in/out, etc.
Please do not set air conditioning temperature below 72F for a lengthy period of time as it will freeze the unit and it will stop working.

Summer Vacation

We have stayed in the cottage several times and we have always enjoyed our stay. The place is located in a perfect area because it is walking distance of the circle along with the beach. The owners were easy to communicate and welcomed us back each time. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived.

Great Getaway

The 2 bedroom condo was very comfortable and stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Easy walking distance to St. Armand Circle. Appreciated the array of beach chairs, coolers,etc.The wifi and TV were good as well. Would definitely consider renting again. Thanks Luda.

Lido Beach Bungalow

Great place to stay for a couple days. Spacious, clean, close to beach and restaurants and shopping. We stayed for 2 nights on our way to Anna Maria Island. Was a great spot for a few days!

This was a wonderful villa. Fully stocked, well equipped and ready for your vacation. One block from the beach, less than 15 minutes from St. Armand’s Circle. We had a GREAT stay!

Just what we were looking for.

Property was just as advertised. It was clean, quaint and in a great location. It was close to the beach and the "downtown" area. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Would stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for us. We had everything we needed and Luda was great, helpful, and very communicative. The place was very clean. This was our first time in Lido and we can’t wait to come back!

A PERFECT BEACH GETAWAY!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could need. We loved waking up and walking to the beach to watch the sunrise. The house was only a short drive from St. Armond’s Square where we found great restaurants and plenty of shops to browse. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals, and the living space was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The beach was just a few blocks away, clean, and never crowded. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and other thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.The host was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to return — this beach house truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing escape!

Perfect

Great location, easy 5 min walk to the beach. The home is very well stocked with anything you may need. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and even beach umbrellas available to use. Place was well taken care of and very clean. Easy walk to St Armand’s circle with plenty of dinning and shopping. Quick drive to downtown Sarasota too! I would recommend this home and stay here again!

Quick sisters weekend

Stayed here 2 nights with my sister for a quick sisters weekend after a work conference in downtown Sarasota. The rental was perfect for just a short trip. Short walk to the beach & very convenient to all the shops & restaurants at St Armands Circle. This place has everything you need for a day at the beach. Well taken care & clean of property. Thanks!

A good week

Very clean and neat. A short walk to the beach. Chairs and everything needed for the beach were provided. At night an easy walk to St Armand's Circle, no need to try to find a parking spot. We walked the Ringling bridge several times, about 5 miles round trip. Communction from host was adequate but for some reason the vrbo app wouldn't let us reply back to the host.

Spacious villa

The villa on Lido was a perfect location for the beach, St Armand’s Circle and catching the free bus service ( all easy walking distances) The condo was spacious and very clean. There is a lovely courtyard for lunches which was a bonus. We could not get the TV to work to our liking but there were so many other things to do outdoors that we did not have much time for TV (which turned out to be a good thing)! The owners were very communicative and responded promptly to our questions. It was a wonderful month long stay in a great space.

Great Area

The Condo was clean. The location and proximity to the beach is great. The listing states sleeps 6 but don’t assume the price per night allows six guests the price per night is for 2 guests only and if you plan on bringing your family it is a enormous up charge. The privacy in the condo is minimal due to sliding doors and a curtain hung as a door in the master bedroom. It is a nice condo but definitely not worth the price we paid.

Great stay for my wife and me. Location is 5 minute walk from beach and ten minutes from St Armand. House would easily fit additional couple or family as long as a single bathroom is not an issue. House does have some specific rules you should be aware of including a/c no lower than 72. Would book again.

Everything was lovely! Comfortable, clean, safe. Kitchen scissors and Britta filter were awesome! Great array of beach things, washer dryer also fabulous! The WiFi was spotty and on low data a bit. Could have drank more coffee and the toilet paper holder could use a cap on the end; we hit it off the roller every time. Those are small things, really it’s a fabulous place and we will recommend it and will stay again! Thank you for everything!

The location of this property is excellent! It is walking distance to the beach. The beach is beautiful! It was also very close to Armand Circle where you can find many shops and restaurants. The communication with the hosts was excellent! They were very attentive and responded to any questions in a timely manner. The home is comfortable for a small family. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely like to return in the future.
