This place was great! it’s nice to have the two cabins and people can have their own space while still being together. The outdoor space is soooooo nice too, and the park point beach right out back is incredible. Easy to check in, easy stay! Will book again!

The property was great. Great location, not far from Canal Park and direct access to the beach. We loved that the house and cottage were separate. I loved the games and especially the puzzles (I did two during our stay). The kitchen was nice and plenty of room at the table. The yard was awesome. Had we been there earlier in the year we would have spent more time in the yard grilling, using the fire pit or just relaxing. We plan to stay again in the future.

You can't beat this location—literally walk out the back door to Park Point Beach. This is a spacious, comfortable, eclectic house, we absolutely loved all the original artwork. We brought our english cream retriever Sammie, and walked the beach every morning. Bonus: it was 65-75 everyday in early October!!

We enjoyed this stay very much! It's tricky to find a place that allows pets and this house did not disappoint. My teenagers loved the extra cabin to call their own. The house included all the amenities we could need (I'm looking at you central air), including night lights and so many charging locations! The details in the house are fun to discover as well (stone work in the bathrooms, art on the walls, fun fireplace and tv backlight). Also, how wonderful to have a gas stove in a rental! The couch fit our family of 7 comfortably for all the rainy days we endured. We had a great time and we would book again in a heartbeat! It was a fantastic house to enjoy our tenth family vacation in Duluth.

We loved the house, cottage, and (especially) the yard with its pergola, grills, bocce, and horseshoes. Although it was not swimming weather, we really enjoyed the beach and the big lake. Thanks for a good stay!
