Modern kitchen with breakfast bar, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, new stainless steel refrigerator with ice dispenser. Spare full-size refrigerator in basement. Living room area with 40" flat screen HD TV, DVD player. Washer and dryer in basement. Additional amenities include: standard coffee maker, Keurig brewer, dining capacity for 8. Cedar-enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower. Large level yard with picnic table, Adirondack chairs, Weber gas grill and charcoal grill. Fun week at Cape Cod

Location is excellent; very short walk to the beach on the bay. Jim was a very attentive host. The size and location was perfect for enjoying time with our children and grandchildren.

Great location just steps from the beach and Cape Cod Bay.

While the location is terrific, the property could use a round maintenance in most categories. However, everybody had a great time. In addition to proximity to the beach, the property is close to theCape Cod Rail Trail an several restaurants.

Fantastic Vacation and property !

The property is beautifully situated 2nd house back form the bay, with a short walk to private beach, and views from the 2nd floor family room and deck of the bay, and for sunsets. The owner Jim called by the first morning and over coffee helped us with recommendations (our first time in Cape Cod) for eateries, our trip to Marthas Vineyard, beaches, where to join the CC Rail Trail. Super friendly and helpful, highly recommended rental, and we would love to go back again ! Thanks Andy
