Huge sliding walls of glass give amazing views of the bay. Inside black walnut wide plank flooring throughout, wolf and subzero appliances in an amazing chef’s kitchen. Wolf 48-inch grill with built in subzero freezer drawers and built-in subzero wine fridge. 5 Bedrooms, all King and 2 additional flex sleeping areas. Separate guest house across the deck . New construction delivered fall 2022, valued over $10 million. Private home rarely rented, exceptional renters only, no parties.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set AC to 84 in Living Room and Eco mode in the master and guest house. Lock guest house and leave the key in the bar of main house. Set AC to Eco mode on the nest. Lower blinds in all rooms.
Lock all sliding doors by closing them and turning the handle to the facing up position. Lower all binds in all bedrooms and living room. Exit house through garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes in the house, strict rule!
Keep doors and windows closed to avoid mosquitos in the house.
