Family compound: 7 Bedroom, 5 bath sleeps 16. Backyard has a large deck with grill and seating area that overlooks the pool and large fenced in yard.
In-ground unheated pool is salt water with steps and gradual dept of 6ft. The pool area has a pool house, bar, bathroom and outdoor shower and a large covered pergola for guest to enjoy as well as a beautiful outdoor fireplace beside the pool.
Main house has 6 bedrooms and a second floor studio apartment with a queen bed, small kitchen and bathroom. 1+ miles from Mayflower /Bayview and Chapin Beaches. Walk to Dennis Village, playground, local restaurants, shops, coffee café, cinema and theatre.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease.
