First floor features beautiful sunroom with gorgeous water views overlooking the Cape Cod Bay, kitchen, living room and full bath. Upstairs has second bedroom with queen bed and a twin bed, private deck and fabulous views of the water. Second floor also offers open area with queen bed and a nook, separated with a curtain (bedroom 3) with a twin bed. There are 3 window ac units and 1 free standing unit. Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach!
