The dining area flows into the large living room, which offers plenty of comfy seating, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace for added coziness.

Enjoy meals together in the dedicated dining area, featuring a dining table with seating for 8+ guests. For flexible dining, additional seating is available on the spacious new deck located just off the dining area.

The exterior area has multiple options for outdoor dining and lounging. The brand new deck holds a large outdoor dining table and the gas grill. Around back, you will find the fire pit area overlooking the large backyard and a unique screened-in tea room—perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at night or a quiet morning coffee.

For added convenience, the home includes a dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer, detergent, and hanging racks located in the basement.

Guests staying at this charming home have exclusive access to numerous amenities, including the private beaches at Long Pond and Greenland Pond.
The home is located in the coveted Beechwood Association, conveniently located to Captain's Golf Course, East Harwich Stop & Shop, and the beautiful Bay beaches of Brewster. A unique code will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting them access to the home. Free parking is available for up to 3-4 vehicles on the premises.

We're here to support you throughout your stay, however much you need. Self check-in is available for your convenience.
DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at our house, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.
HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $150, which covers 1 pet for the entire stay. The pet needs to be under 50 lbs. We kindly ask that all pets remain on a leash at all times.
You must be 25 or older to book this home.
Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.
