Le logement est au calme, le village et la rivière accessibles en vélo.
La piscine est superbe avec une vue magnifique sans aucune pollution visuelle. Et un terrain de pétanque pour parfaire les soirées d'été.
Nous avons passé un tres beau séjour en famille.

La localisation du gîte est très bien, environnement calme. Coin piscine et extérieur tres agréable, balancoires…
Accès individuel au gîte mais qui est mitoyen, dans les chambres vous entendez ceux qui ont le gîte d à côté. La propreté laisse à désirer, maillot de bain des prédécesseurs, meubles de la cuisine collants. En cas de chaleur, il fait très chaud dans les 2 chambres du haut, celle du bas est confortable.

je fais suite a votre commentaire.
Pour le bruit de la maison mitoyenne, c'est la premiere fois en 12 ans de location que j'ai ce type de retour.
Pour ce qui est du menage, il aurait eté bon de me le signaler des votre arrivée , j'aurais refait passé une personne. j'en suis désolé.
Pour ce qui est de la chaleur la region peut etre chaude, c'est pourquoi des ventillateurs sont mis a disposition dans les chambres, nous avons cependant projet de les equiper d'une climatisation.
il est quand meme regretable de ne pas avoir communiqué avec moi lors de votre arrivée, surtout que je vous ai fait un message pour savoir si tout se passait bien , sans reponse de votre part.
en vous souhaitant une bonne continuation

Maison, jardin et piscine tres agréables. La maison est idéalement située : la roque gageac a pied, tres beau sentier de randonnée a côté de la maison et la Dordogne toute proche.

Gite très bien situé pour visiter la région. Logement agréable mais qui nécessiterait quelques refraichissements. Espace piscine sécurisé et avec une belle vue (passage des mongolfieres à proximité) mais terrasse vieillissante.

Maison et piscine agréables mais mitoyenneté
Maison très bien équipée, propre et spacieuse avec de grandes chambres. Le jardin est grand, avec terrasse ombragée, balançoire, terrain de pétanque et dispose dans les hauteurs d’une piscine très agréable avec transats.
La maison est bien située, proche de la Roque et des commodités mais également un bon point de départ pour des excursions.
M. De Cuebber est disponible et prévenant.
Le hic non mentionné dans l’annonce : la maison est mitoyenne, et si elles disposent d’entrées et de parkings individuels, nous avons malheureusement subi les réveils plus matinaux de nos voisins, que nous entendions, sans qu’ils ne soient pour autant bruyants, ce pendant les deux semaines de notre séjour. La mitoyenneté mériterait d’être clairement précisée dans l’annonce.

Gite très agréable et très bien situé
piscine parfaitement entretenue. Accueil professionnel et sympathique avec disponibilité du gérant . La maison garde très bien la fraicheur au rez de chaussée en cas de forte chaleur - région superbe.
