This Bradenton Beach rental makes an excellent location for an island getaway, with a location only a short walk from the beach- right across the street! You can enjoy a swim in the shared pool, or relax outside - the screened balcony offers a great view of the Gulf of Mexico beaches. The grounds also have a tennis court for fun and enjoyment.

This property's location places you in the heart of Brandon Beach and all its attractions. After a short drive north, you'll find bars, shops, and even the Bradenton Historic Pier, all only three minutes away. In addition, several other attractions can be found to make sure your stay is filled with fun and excitement! Take a drive across Cortez Bridge, and you'll find the Florida Maritime Museum. Feeling like bowling or catching a movie? The South Trail Village Shopping Center has you covered, and it's only six miles away!

Great location and quiet stay

The condo is located within an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. I would return or recommend it.

Beautiful but major construction

The property location was beautiful, however, the eight large construction trucks, water truck, construction barrels and dump containers directly below and in front of the balcony overlooking the beach were hideous and extremely noisy. We constantly heard “beep beep beep” from morning on. We should have been made aware of this construction during booking and at least discounted if we then chose to stay and put up with it. The path to the beach was blocked so re-routed. The one bed cover blanket had food/sticky in it so their cleaning team might not have washed that. Other than that the location and condo were great and we would have no complaints and would have given an excellent review. We reached out to Vacasa about this issue day one with no response. We have pictures and videos of the construction mess and noise if you like. We were very frustrated not be informed and paying what we paid.

Good location!

I liked this location a lot. It even has a trolley stop right out front which proved to be useful getting around the island. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub was always working and kept clean. I would recommend this place to friends looking for a place to stay. I thought the unit and the property were well maintained.
