Welcome to Cottage Haven!

This charming cottage located in Bradenton Beach is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches. Featuring its own private backyard you can sit back and unwind on one of the loungers as you enjoy a home-cooked meal from the propane grill. The ground level home is nicely decorated and exudes a sunny, quaint “Old Florida” atmosphere. The cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen and full sized washer/dryer. There are two queen bedrooms with televisions and 2 full baths, 1 with shower/tub combo and 1 with a walk-in shower.
A day bed which sleeps 2 is nestled in a cozy window area of the living room. The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining the family or just relaxing away the day. This cottage provides the perfect ‘haven’ for up to 6 guests.
Location is everything, minutes to the beach or bay you never have to miss a single breathtaking sunrise or sunset. Situated close to multiple restaurants, shops, ice-cream parlor, as well as North and Southbound Trolley stops nothing is more than a few minute's away and yet the small tucked away street makes you feel like you are miles from anywhere.

Nice Location

Arrived late at night and had a hard time finding the correct house, The only door was in the back yard behind a fence. There was visible mold in one bedroom and water damage in one bathroom. The Clothes Dryer was in need of repair or replacement, sounded like it had a bad bearing. The walk outside was in need of repair, We all turned an ankle at some point during the week. The house looked like it was remodeled by a 12 year old, nothing was straight and had visible lag bolts in the wall behind the TV.

Great Location

The cottage is simple and was great for our family of four. It had everything we needed to keep things easy breezy. We also accidentally left a backpack at checkout and Terry worked with the cleaning crew to locate it and get it shipped back to us. We know this was inconvenient but Terry never acted like it was..In this day and age I feel that is gold star treatment. Parking is slim near the restaurant/shops so walking is recommended & was doable for us. Bikes or a golf cart would be great to get around if walking is not doable for you. We can’t wait to return to Anna Maria Island!

VERY UN HEATHY STAY

WOULD NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN . THE PLEASE WOULD MESSY AND I AM SURE THIS ID MOLD IN FRONT BEDROOM .THE LAST 2 NIGHTS THERE WHERE NOT GOOD AT ALL FOR ME I HAVE CONGESTIVE HEART PROBLEMS AND THE ROOM WAS CAUSING ME TO COUCH AND WAKE UP IN THE NIGHT COUGHTING .NICE YARD BUT VERY OLD HOUSE THAT SMELL AND NOT GOOD FOR MY HEALTH WOULD LIKE TO SEE SOME OF MY MONEY RETURN TO MY CARD

Property not as listed!

We arrived and were there for maybe and hour. We did not stay due to condition of property. Multiple safety hazardous, including exposed wires, water damage, mold, damaged walls/trim, stained furniture (including “pee” stain over 3/4 of 2nd bedroom bed) and bugs throughout property. Owner refunded money but waited until after our stay therefore making Vrbo and travel protection non-refundable. As it looks like we stayed the full time. Mr was understanding with the refund when spoken to over the phone and seemed to be helpful, but gave us difficulties with refund and would not send a cancellation confirmation email. Check property condition before visiting this home!!
