This rental comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests offering a king bedroom and three queens. The layout features the master bedroom, kitchen, dining area and living room on the upper level, while the lower level has two queen bedrooms sharing a full bathroom.

Perfect Getaway

Enjoyed our stay at Cambria Escape

This was our family's first visit to Cambria, and we were fortunate to have selected this comfortable and well appointed home for our stay. We enjoyed everything about the home and the beautiful surroundings, and will definitely consider renting this home again for a return trip.

Perfect Getaway

We had a family gathering of Baby Boomer vintage siblings. Great accomodation with a nice view, and easy access to the shore. It was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Excellent location, beautiful home

The property is spacious and located within easy walking distance to Fiscalini Ranch. The comfortable living room and well-appointed kitchen look out onto the ocean. The bedrooms are spacious, with the Master Suite offering a walk-in closet, bathtub, and sitting area. The Master bath opens conveniently onto the deck with the hot tub, which was a great way to relax after a day of driving. Great house for a family.

We brought bicycles and rode up Hwy 1 to Hearst Castle one day and on our way home we parked at Tobin James rode bikes to Sculpterra and then looped back to Tobin. We enjoyed walking in Petcelini open space. Kitchen was well equipped and we ate good meals while there. We could not get the cable channels working, but maybe the cable was canceled. We did watch a little Netflix.

There were dining and shops nearby, however we never had a need to go. The grocery store is also very close. We decided to do more outdoor activities like walking, hiking, and simply enjoying nature. My kids enjoyed the deer in the neighborhood. We also drove up the coast to view the elephant sea lions and got a glimpse of the zebra on the Hearst property along the way.

There is a lovely beach park that's an 8 minute walk away. The home is clean, comfortable, and Breen staff are helpful & kind. We appreciated the bottle of wine. I agree with another comment that the stairs may be a barrier for those with mobility issues. It was fine for us, though. Great place!

A Happy Thanksgiving

We gathered with our goddaughter and her parents for another Cambrian Thanksgiving. We were delighted to find this spacious and comfortable spot in a great location, a quiet neighborhood close to the Fiscalini Preserve and a short drive to down. From the living room windows we spotted whales spouting in the ocean and deer grazing across the street. We had everything we needed for cooking meals and baking. Our goddaughter enjoyed a hot tub every morning, and we enjoyed the ambiance, perfect for reading, talking, and doing crafts.The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms well provided (but be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner). The transaction with Breen Vacation Station was friendly and seamless. We highly recommend this lovely home and hope to return again soon!

An unforgettable experience

My family and I spent 5 days in this beautiful property and we felt right at home. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, we had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. The balcony with an ocean view and the hot tub were a definite plus! Communication with the property managers was exceptional! Highly recommend it and would love to stay there again ourselves!

Great extended family retreat.

Beautiful ocean views! Room for seven adults to sit comfortably in the living room. Central location. Walk to ocean edge hiking. Fully equipped kitchen. A wonderful time had by all!

One downfall is that the King bed in the master bedroom seems old and sags in a lot near the head of the bed which always gives me bad heartburn, especially with all the wine tasting nearby. :) Other than that it is a great place for a big family.
