There is one flight of stairs from the driveway into the home and then the property is single level living. The home features a large open kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances and a large island. With an open floor plan the kitchen opens up to the living room and dining room where you will find multiple couches, a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The dining area has seating for 6 guests. The home is set up with a functional floor plan and large, 500+sqft out living area off the living room. You will find multiple outdoor couches, chairs and umbrella along with panoramic Ocean Views. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, flat screen tv and large bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Full Bed and twin bed. The second bedroom is located off the hall between the living room and second bedroom and has a large walk in closet. Your will also find a laundry room with on site washer and dryer, a back patio with outside shower. Please note the two car garage is not available for guest use. This home is furnished with high quality linens and is ready for your next Coastal Escape!
