• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
• These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

This home can accept 2 small dogs (under 20lbs) or 1 medium dog (60lbs max) and must abide by our pet policy. Nightly pet fees, per pet, apply.

~The second bedroom has a queen bed and is nicely furnished. 
~The third bedroom has 3 twin beds, 2 are a twin trundle and a third that folds out from an ottoman, suitable for a teenager or child. 
~The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook, connect, and kick back together. Plus, there's a large flat-screen TV with DVD player for movie nights in. 
~The kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals with ease, whether you’re prepping a beach picnic or a seafood feast.
~The garage has been converted to a game room with a ping pong table and TV.

URelax Vacation Rentals welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.
