Thank you Denise but I want to tell you one of the house rules you did not follow was not to allow your dog on the furniture. The cleaners charged me extra for the time to remove the dog hair.

Another great stay at this Cayucos property! Plenty of room for all, it is furnished with everything you need. Plenty of seating, ample cooking utensils, and only a few steps to beach access. We loved our time here!

Excellent location for the family and dog. Great house to sleep 8, but it is good to know that one of the bedrooms can only be accessed by walking through another bedroom. Carol gives lots of instructions and is easy to reach.

Thank you for reviewing our home. I got the plumber in to fix the disposal and all he had to do was adjust the rubber flange! It stopped leaking and it started working. He didn't even charge me! Hope you come stay again.

First of all I’d like to thank Carol for the over the top kindness she showed myself and our family. Answered my questions in a most timely manner, never had to wait and wonder.The home was extremely comfortable and spotless. All common rooms had everything needed and more. Kitchen was very well equipped!! Beds were plenty and accommodations were very quiet even for a full family. We were so tired after a busy day and a great fish fry.The weather was beautiful and distance to the beach was easier than expected, couldn’t stay away. My grandson loved the outdoor shower and made washing up so easy after a day at the beach.Thank you for the kindness you showed us during our stay.

Perfect Getaway

This is a great property! The house is very comfortable and it's a quick walk to get to the beach. There's plenty of room and the balconies are large and have some good views.
