Great time with my parents and kids. We have been to the area before and there is so much to do and see. Morro Bay area has a great vibe and you can access lots of other costal areas for exploring, dining, fishing, and wildlife.
Our stay was wonderful and would come back! Location amazing and easy to get to other cities like SLO and Avila Beach. Space is so cute and great for kids. Farmers market adorable!
Rita’s place is adorable and right above the Embarcadero. Communication was quick. Our only downside was the propane tank to the outside fire was empty. Even so, our stay was amazing and we would happily stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a walkable place in Morro Bay
Loved staying at this charming house right in the center of it all in Morro Bay! 7 min from the most incredible dog beach and centrally located to make little jaunts to other beach towns. The house was clean, comfy and a delight to stay in. Thanks Rita!
The property is lovely! Beautifully decorated, comfortable, cozy and an excellent location. The property manager was easy to reach and quick to respond. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!!

Great location just 2blocks from Embarcadero. Newly renovated. Great outdoor space.
We stayed at the home for just a few days. The location is wonderful very close to everything. As older women we were very happy to have a safe and comfortable place to stay. We were at a retreat so we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the beautiful back yard. I think anyone would be very happy staying here when visiting the Morro Bay area.
Gorgeous sun-filled backyard in the heart of Morro Bay
We appreciated our brief stay here - the description and photos are a great reflection of the space. We had a wonderful meal sitting out on the patio there and my dog enjoyed the space. The fourth bed is a trundle bed in a darling but small room - so I would only recommend this bed for children as once it is pulled out there is only a small walking space between the two single beds which fill the room. Unfortunately this bed had perhaps not been used in a while and so it and the area around/under did not appear clean and there were no clean sheets folded/blanket folded and clearly clean available for use on this bed. I am sure this was simply a one-time oversight and not a reflection of the overall stay but with an asthmatic child, this was not ideal when arriving too late at night to wash sheets properly for the kids.
The location was great with a very short walk to restaurants on the Embarcadero and Main Street. Even Morro Rock was a pleasant evening stroll away. Outside is a very pleasant sitting area with a fire pit and blankets for cool evenings. The kitchen was very well appointed, although we couldn't find a tea pot (not a big deal). We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Morro Bay.
Spotless, recently renovated, charming bungalow in a great location in Morro Bay. This house has everything you need to guarantee a good trip. Comfy beds, nice kitchen with everything you would need to cook a meal, although we only did one meal at home because there were so many restaurants close by. Located 2 short blocks to the beach and around the corner from Main Street with several good places to eat. We even went to a very nice farmers market on Saturday. Would definitely stay again!

Perfectly located property in Morro Bay
Our stay started badly with a difficult to use entry lock. After many many tries using the code the door finally opened. We tried to contact the numbers given but no response.
After entry and setting in, we were very happy with the home. It’s small but comfortable with beautiful furnishings inside and out. We’d happily stay again
The location was perfect! We walked to meals and shopping and it was so nice to be so close to everything! We loved the coziness of the home and everything was so beautifully updated with modern/bohemian touches. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were 3 of us and we never had an issue with needing more hot water. Will DEFINITELY stay there again.
The house was just as advertised. It was a great location. Easy to walk to the bay and to the beach. My teens and I had a great time just chilling and shopping. If I had to make one complaint, it would be to put some window coverings on the front door and the back glass doors. Overall, it was a great and too quick of a trip. Thank you.
Lovely bungalow. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Well appointed with everything you could need. Best mattresses I’ve slept on. And the location was perfect, walked to everything we wanted to go to in Morro Bay. Only wish the checkout time was an hour later,10am is a bit early. Other than that it was perfect!
The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable and pleasant. You can walk to so many places which makes the location very enjoyable. I wanted to kayak in the bay and had several opportunities to do that and loved it.
The only complaint I have is that the TV system is a bit difficult to manage which.
The house is lovely, very comfortable, and close to everything. The kitchen is especially well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The outside patio was a great place to sit and relax with room for our small dog to play. It can be a little noisy outside with cars going by during the day, but it was very quiet at night. When I had a small issue Rita was immediately responsive and helpful. We extended our stay for another night because we were having such a great time. Highly recommended!
Everything was as explained. I do believe there needs to be a handrail in the tub. Plus the bottom of the tub is slippery. Everything else was great. Any problems we had were answered and taken care of immediately.
My husband and I stayed for a month. I fell in love with this house. The kitchen was a delight to cook in; I especially loved the drip coffee maker and the William & Sonoma toaster! My special room was the little back room where I could go and write while my pups sat on my lap. The garden was a great place for them to run and play. Plus, location! Walk everywhere. I will miss being in this lovely home.
