Great location, conveniently close to Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo. The property was very clean and spacious with beautiful views. The additional bedroom/bath separate from the main house was an added bonus.

Beautiful property surrounded by trees, lovely landscape with views of hills and trees in the distance. Clean, well appointed with spacious common area (kitchen compact). Hosts very responsive. Great location with easy access to Avila and Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, Moro Bay and Paso Robles. Would definitely book again.

Quiet community with a view of mountains. Nice home with 2 bedrooms & baths plus a separate ADU with bedroom/bath. Galley kitchen. Very little traffic noise and quiet neighbors. Very comfortable great room.

A Quiet Paradise

This was our second time staying at Avila Valley House. A quiet refuge from the world, it's a lovely place to relax and unwind! The beach is minutes from the house, as is wine tasting and all the central coast has to offer.

Great Wedding Party Location

We had a small wedding party and loved the accommodations here. It had the perfect amount of rooms for us but also was a perfect size for us to be able to hang out with our other friends while in the area. Easy drive to Avilla or Downtown!

Have stayed here twice before and always enjoyed the place and location. We had a few issues with the property when we stayed last month a plumbing problem & some minor issues however they sent a plumber out right away& when I addressed the issues with property manager after our stay they were very responsive & were happy these issues where brought to their attention so I’m keeping the 5 stars just check & see if all was resolved.

Beautiful property with awesome Mountain views. Check in was smooth and easy. We did run into some electrical problems that we had to deal with that didn’t get completely resolved. This left us without power in parts of the kitchen:microwave, oven and refrigerator and lights. The washing machine was also not functioning. I did call and they sent someone out while we were at a wedding. They fixed the refrigerator. Great location to beach, SLO and other coastal areas. Power did come back eventually but it was splotchy. Hopefully they can fix it soon. I would definitely revisit this VRBO.
