This place was beautiful and I highly recommend it. Communication was great and Leslie had everything arranged. It was very easy to follow and allowed us to have a smooth transition. We will definitely be coming back here every time we visit family!

Property was amazing. Everything we needed was there. Communication was great Property was clean. Air conditioning worked great when we needed it. Location was ideal. Great views for the balconies. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Couldn’t ask for anything else. We will be back!!

This was my second stay at the property and it was just as great as I last remembered. The condo was spotless. The ocean, restaurants and shopping are literally right around the corner. My questions were quickly answered and checking in was a breeze.

This property is very conveniently located just a half block from all the main Avila Beach attractions - and the beach itself. The home itself has a very well appointed kitchen with all the cookware and dishes you could need during your stay. Our group consisted of two couples, and this place was perfect.

Great Stay

Wonderfully maintained property with easy access to the beach and shops. Kitchen has everything you need and there is lots of room for a two bedroom condo-and having your own garage is key for Avila, as street parking goes fast-we will definitely be back!
