Beautifully appointed, 1400 sq. ft. luxury condominium, with secure two car garage. The beach, retail shops and restaurants are just a few steps away.

The gourmet kitchen is beautifully equipped with high-end appliances, Keurig K*Elite Coffee Maker and a Dacor range and wine fridge. The kitchen is part of a custom open-plan design that includes the living and dining area. The kitchen combines elegance and functionality, blending granite countertops and tile flooring with stainless steel appliances and custom wood cabinets. The social space encourages casual interaction, and is great for entertaining or relaxing.

Three beautiful balconies with great views.

There are two large bedrooms. Master suite includes King size bed, fireplace, large flat screen TV, and balcony with perfect morning and early afternoon sun. Great for morning coffee and reading! Master bath has huge, two-headed his & hers walk-in showers, granite countertops, his and her sinks and beautiful tile. Second bedroom has comfy queen bed, flat screen TV, and separate bath with walk-in shower, and granite countertops.

Condo is 1/2 block from the beach with beautiful ocean view.

This property is very conveniently located just a half block from all the main Avila Beach attractions - and the beach itself. The home itself has a very well appointed kitchen with all the cookware and dishes you could need during your stay. Our group consisted of two couples, and this place was perfect.

The property was a great location to walk and do things only one block away. Was perfect space for two adult couple's to stay with separate bathrooms and full kitchen and living room. This place was very clean and would stay here again.

Delightful Stay In Avila

This was a perfect spot for our family in the cute beach town of Avila. The townhouse is clean and comfortable and the location could not be more perfect! The host was so easy to work with and really went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equiped, beds were comfy, towels were fluffy, couldn't ask for anything more from this awesome spot! Highly recommend!

Wonderfully maintained property with easy access to the beach and shops. Kitchen has everything you need and there is lots of room for a two bedroom condo-and having your own garage is key for Avila, as street parking goes fast-we will definitely be back!

We had the best family vacation at Leslie’s Avila Beach place. Leslie gave us check-in details well in advance. The condo was amazing! It was very clean - and well stocked with kitchen supplies and BBQ. We were walking distance beach and all the shops/restaurants - plus Bob Jones trail, Avila ridge for hikes, and Mulligans for some live music! Great to have the garage space too since parking can be challenging! We can’t wait to book our next stay with Leslie in Avila Beach!
