The condo was modern and attractive. The casita concept was new to us but the guest who stayed in it liked the privacy. The rooftop patio was a very nice addition. There were lots of stairs but no one in our had mobility issues so we were fine. We liked being close to the beach and downtown. Highway 1 was a half a block away so you hear some road noise but the double pained windows helped. It was a very enjoyable stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a little hickup checking in but property manager was very professional and it solved right away. Condo was clean and management was easy to get hold of. Centrally located and easy walk to everywhere in the town of Pismo. The beach chairs and wagon with toys was a nice extra.

Instructions for access were easy to follow. Having a garage made everything feel very secure and made parking easy. The house is great. We loved the layout and very much felt it had everything we needed to enjoy our long weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the most amazing family reunion on Stimson! We booked several condos and mine was connected to my sister's, so we were able to easily meet for early cups of coffee and our (adult) children moved back and forth through the spaces. The kitchen had everything we could want and the garage had sand toys, chairs, and even a cart to bring back and forth to the beach. Also perfectly located just a few blocks from the beach!Everything was clean and beautifully maintained. Our only complaint was disorganization with booking so many units -- it took a while for the office to charge the correct cards, since we payed separately. Also, we had to call to get the cleaning deposit.

-This was exactly as pictured! We had an excellent stay. We arrived 30 minutes early, we called Seven Sisters and were given a new code within a few minutes. Excellent response. -We were within a short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. One of our Pismo favorites was Old West Cinnamon Rolls! Great way to start your morning!-We made great memories on the rooftop patio enjoying food, conversation and wine with our friends around the fire pit! The sunsets were beautiful. One afternoon we even spotted whale spouts on the ocean. So fun!- The beds were comfortable, a little small when used to King Size.Overall, a great place to stay for vacation get away. -The stairs are a workout! You get really good at making sure everyone is helping!! All hands on deck! It was clean, well stocked, ( however I couldn’t find a pairing knife). It was also convenient to have secure parking ( a big positive). We would stay there again.

The Condo was prefect. Everyone had a great time. Enough room and space plus it’s located in the best spot for our golf days. The water pressure and hot showers are always a concern but we had no issues whatsoever.

A nice stay in Pismo Beach

We visited as 3 adult couples for a few days in Pismo Beach. The townhouse is new and well-kept, with good parking and good access to the beach and beach area. It worked very well for us.

Perfect Pismo Retreat

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Beautiful place to stay. The rooftop area was our favorite to have coffee on in the mornings looking at the ocean. Close to downtown area and in walking distance to most things.

Lovely multi-bedroom stay near ocean and amenities

Beautiful and comfortable multi-story condo unit with all of the needed amenities and an awesome rooftop view of the ocean. Easy to get to off Rte 101 and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A quick walk to the pier. Thoughtfully stocked for families wishing to enjoy the area.

Very clean three story townhome with a rooftop deck that has great views of the town and ocean. 2 car garage and a ground floor level casita. Great location with easy freeway access and restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The only knock would be the amount of stairs. Unloading the car can be a. It difficult especially if you’re older or have issues carrying heavy items up stairs. Otherwise, loved it and would recommend.

Well appointed and decorated rental. Great location. Customer service and maintenance were helpful. I would highly recommend Seven Sisters vacation rentals. The fog and cooler weather were unexpected as was smoke from the fires nearby.

Pismo Beach Dunes

We had all had a fun trip, location is very good walking distance to everything. Only things I didn’t pay close attention to was one bedroom is a casita totally separate from everyone and lots of stairs.

Incredible experience!

I had an incredible stay at Endless Summer! The beach location is absolutely superior – just a short walk and your toes are in the sand. The management team absolutely rocked, always responsive and accommodating. The cleanliness was top-notch, a solid 5-star rating. The decor was beach stylish, creating a perfect coastal vibe. I couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Can't wait to come back!

Love this condo beach house very close to Pismo definitely can walk even with two small kids. They provide quite a few things in the house tons of stuff in the kitchen. Everything you can imagine you need for a kitchen. The house is so clean and very nice!! LOTS of stairs though , you walk up to the main floor, where there’s a kitchen and family room. Then you have to walk up more stairs to the two bedrooms. You have to do a flight of stairs downstairs to the extra bedroom. Get ready to walk. A bit hard on this 60 yr old. lol Only negative is - don’t leave anything behind.. a bit of a hassle to go back and get it. Once you’re out of the house, they won’t let you back in even to give you a temporary code and change. It was a bit disappointed in that. Since we were only in the area the next day, so now I had to pay for it to be shipped. Could been a bit better on working with me to get my dress left behind.

This place is beautiful.

‘‘This home was the perfect place for our family to stay. We felt so comfortable. One thing we notice right when we walked in was how clean the house was. Everything was immaculate!!! The decor of the home and the spacious rooms was a huge plus! The rooftop had a beautiful view and we barbecued outside with the family as we watched the sunset. This was one of the best places we have stayed at and the next time we visit Pismo, this will definitely be the place we choose.
