Features Wood Flooring, Honed Granite Countertops, High-end Fixtures, Stainless Steel Appliances, Complimentary Wifi internet access, DirecTV, and best of all a Fully Furnished Rooftop Deck with Panoramic Views of the Ocean, Downtown Pismo, and Mountains.

The 450 square foot Private Rooftop Deck features a Patio Heater, Stainless Steel Grill, 4 Seating Patio set and a 6 seating Fire Table so you can all enjoy the stunning views this condo has to offer.

Kitchen is well equipped and stocked with all the basics, but also has: A Blender, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Stainless cookware, Stainless Flatware, and Wine Glasses.

Living room features a spacious open concept design with Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat, a Fireplace, Ceiling Fan and 65" 4K Television with Premium DirecTV Service. You can walk outside the living room to your Juliette Balcony and enjoy the Ocean breeze.

Huge Dinning Table Seats 8, and the Kitchen Bar seats 2 more.

Master Suite is furnished with only the highest quality furniture and decorations, featuring a high quality Queen Bed with Novaform Mattress, Ceiling Fan and a 55" 4K Television with DirecTV. It is connected to the luxurious master bathroom which features a Custom tiled shower, dual sinks and Honed Granite counter tops.

The Second Bedroom allows you to have some of the best views of the Ocean, and downtown and also is furnished with a Queen Bed with Novaform Mattress, Dresser, large closet, and a 40" Smart TV with DirecTV Service.

Third Bedroom also has an ocean view, queen bed with Novaform Mattress. Large closet space and under bed storage as well.

At ground Level, there is a well lit 2 car garage for secure parking of vehicles.

324 Stimson - Unit 2 living space is not wheelchair accessible and may also be difficult to access for the elderly or very small children. However, we manage all of the units in the complex, so please contact us regarding special accommodations and larger groups.

For guests with infants, baby gates, a Pack-n-Play and a Booster Seat are available.
