Amy was an excellent guest! She communicated her travel plans, was very friendly and updated me on her arrival and departure times. The condo was left in pristine condition to the point where our cleaners went out of their way to have me thank Amy, an ideal kind of guest!

We really, really loved this property! The description and amenities were spot on- clearly a relatively new condo, it's loaded with nice upgrades. It was well stocked with everything you could need for home cooking, complete with a very nice grill on the roof. The roof btw was definitely a highlight for us- loved the evenings watching the sun melt into the ocean while sitting on the hightop patio table with fire ring- so relaxing and perfectly thought out for guests. Only a couple of minor blemishes to share: two reasonably dark carpet stains (one in each of the smaller bedrooms), someone was clearly not careful and spilled something resulting in stains. Also, the blinds in one of the small front bedrooms is not functioning fully- won't lower fully so we left as is. Last minor issue- could use a BBQ brush for the grill- I tried to clean up from our Cue and couldn't get it cleaned up as I would have liked. Overall, it's a fantastic property in the heart of Pismo, a super quick and easy walk to the beach and pier. Great restaurants within close walking proximity too, another bonus. Highly recommend this location!

Beautiful place and amazing location

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was a great spot with lots of space for two couple and two babies. It was nice to have the bedrooms upstairs so we could hang out while our kids slept uninterrupted. The location is hard to beat! Lots of great food nearby and an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely come back.

This is our second time staying here, and we just love it so much. Thank you for the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. The only reason I didn’t give you an excellent rating is because the bathroom doors don’t lock, and my husband accidentally walked in to the bathroom while his daughter in law was an embarrassing position (if you get my drift). Hope to stay again someday.

Great location

Second time staying here for commencement weekend at Cal Poly. Place was very clean, rooftop barbecue was great for cooking and avoiding the restaurant crowds, convenient street parking for additional guests. Five minute walk to the beach/pier, and a mile from wonderful hiking at the Pismo Preserve. Host responded promptly to any questions/issues. Highly recommend.

Great property in a great location

This lovely townhouse had a well stocked kitchen, good living room area and awesome beds! The rooftop patio was great too and we would have used it a lot more had it been a little warmer. It was the perfect amount of space for our family (3 college aged kids). Gene was very responsive to my requests for extra time in the unit. If we are ever back in Pismo to stay, we will stay here!
