This brand new Modern Mediterranean designed building that was just recently completed in 2018, so you can be one of the first to enjoy it's amenities and immaculate high-end finishes.

Features Wood Flooring, White Granite Countertops, High-end Fixtures, Stainless Steel Appliances, Complimentary Wifi internet access, DirecTV, and best of all a Fully Furnished Rooftop Deck with Panoramic Views of the Ocean, Downtown Pismo, and Mountains.

The 450 square foot Private Rooftop Deck features a Patio Heater, Stainless Steel Grill, 4 Seating Fire Table conversation set and a 6 seating Fire Table Dinning set so you can all enjoy the stunning views this condo has to offer.

Kitchen is well equipped and stocked with all the basics, but also has: A Blender, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Stainless cookware, Stainless Flatware, and Wine Glasses.

Living room features a spacious open concept design with Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat, a Fireplace, Ceiling Fan and 65" 4K Television with Premium DirecTV Service. You can walk outside the living room to your Juliette Balcony and enjoy the Ocean breeze.

Huge Dinning Table Seats 8, and the Kitchen Bar seats 2 more.

Master Suite is furnished with only the highest quality furniture and decorations, featuring a high quality Queen Bed with Novaform Mattress, Ceiling Fan and a 55" 4K Television with DirecTV. It is connected to the luxurious master bathroom which features a Custom tiled shower, dual sinks and White Granite counter tops.

The Second Bedroom allows you to have some of the best views of the Ocean, and downtown and also is furnished with a Queen Bed with Novaform Mattress, 40" SmartTV w/ DirecTV Service, Dresser, and a large closet.

Third Bedroom also has an ocean view, queen bed with Novaform Mattress. Large closet space and under bed storage as well.

At ground Level, there is a well lit 2 car garage for secure parking of vehicles.

326 Stimson - Unit 3 living space is not wheelchair accessible and may also be difficult to access for the elderly or very small children. However, we manage all of the units in the complex, so please contact us regarding special accommodations and larger groups.

For guests with infants, baby gates, a Pack-n-Play and a Booster Seat are available.

I would highly recommend this condo. Check in was a breeze (keypad) and the 2 car garage was convenient. The entire unit is updated and immaculate--new floors, windows, etc. Great location very close to everything, and nice view of the ocean from the roof deck. Not good for people with mobility issues as there is a long flight of stairs to get from the garage to the main level, another long flight to get to the bedrooms, and a shorter flight to get to the roof deck.

Pismo beach

This is the third time we have stayed in this place. Everything has been consistently good. The roof top deck is a family favorite. We really enjoyed the new barbecue.

I was really impressed with the property. The location was so convenient to the rest of the town. We could walk to the beach or the cinnamon roll shop with no problem. The Condo itself is beautiful and comfortable. It was well equipped with what we needed. The roof was the best. We were able to have dinner up there and watch the fireworks show with our 360 degree view of Pismo. I would definitly stay here again.

Great Location!

This property is in a great location. Few blocks to the beach and pier. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The property is clean, comfortable and homey. It has everything you need. The rooftop is spacious and a nice place to relax during sunset. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great weekend wedding stay

We were in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect home base for us. There were six of us, my hubby and I and our 20-something kids. We all loved it. The rooftop deck was so nice, once it was warm enough to enjoy it! The location is fantastic, so close to beach, pier, shops, restaurants and all of it! Hosts were responsive and very nice.

Absolutely loved the place, Gene was fantastic to deal with, he made to whole process so easy. My only criticism would be they need more pillows. They only provide one small pillow per person for the bedrooms, but non for the pullout sofa.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. First, it was as so clean! The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Very relaxing living room, and great family space on rooftop. This condo is in an ideal location. Right in the heart of everything so we were able to walk everywhere. The condo was clean and stocked with anything we needed. Lots of stairs, so i feel like I got my workout in each day. No complaints. It was the perfect home for my family of 6!

Got together for a special birthday celebration. Location was great. The stairs were a little challenging for three days. Three flights and quite steep. Master bed too firm and would bring my own pillows as those provided were not very comfortable. The kitchen was nice as was the deck on top of building.

great stay in Pismo Beach

We have stayed many times in Pismo over the years and this was on of the best properties we have stayed at. Everything was very clean and new. The kitchen worked very well for our family to cook dinner. The roof deck is awesome and we enjoyed it everyday. The garages fit two Tahoes easily and we left them parked most of the time as everything is in easy walking distance. Gene is easy to communicate with. The WIFI works well. I highly recommend this property.

Prompt replies to questions. Perfectly clean condo with a beautiful rooftop view of the beach, patio heaters, comfy beds and nice kitchen. Seven sisters had a great time making memories ... daily walks to the pier, best ever cinnamon rolls, great places to eat, enjoyed a night at Great American Melodrama and beautiful sunsets from the rooftop. Loved the open floorplan, fireplace and garage parking. We may have to make this an annual go-to. Thanks for everything.

Perfect location for a family

Condo is centrally located in downtown Pismo and walking distance to the pier, beach, restaurants and shops. The home was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We cooked most meals in and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the roof set up. We had views of the whales who were feeding in the Bay. It had fire pits for the seating areas which were perfect for the chilly evenings. We had a slight hiccup with the cable channel access and Gene was so responsive in getting it resolved. Would definitely book again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The house is in perfect shape, walkable to really good coffee and food. Only a couple blocks from the beach. Everything was in great shape and the hosts were responsive. Absolutely perfect, will visit again!
