This Downtown Pismo Beach vacation rental is a spacious 2000+ sq. ft townhome. Beach, Pier Plaza and local attractions just two blocks away at the end of the street.

Living room is furnished with a fireplace, Smart TV for streaming, Wi-Fi. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Dining area seats eight along with a breakfast bar with three bar stools. Sleeps 8 people on a king, queen, and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms, as well as a queen sofa-sleeper (linens and pillows provided) in living room. Ocean views from multiple decks, Gas BBQ, and outdoor dining perfect for entertaining family and friends. Washer and dryer.

One assigned carport and one assigned garage for a total of 2 parking spaces.

Amazing trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I truly could not be happier or more pleased with our trip! We stayed for a week, as we were getting married and decided to spend our honeymoon here as well. The place was incredibly clean, had everything we needed, and was entirely updated. I am so thankful that I did not have to worry about anything extra the week of my wedding. Thank you for such a great stay! Will continue to book from this company moving forward!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have utilized Coastal for about 20 years, or so. The unit was in need of some attention. It could have been cleaner as the floors are always sandy. It seems poorly stocked for family vacation needs too. It was better stocked a few years ago, with pots, pans, serving items, etc. A few things needed to be repaired!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit and stayed long enough to get to know Cherie, Ken and Jose. Every call was received and responded to quickly. The washing machine was on the blink for a bit, the repair guy came out quickly, and took care of business. The parking is always a challenge, but the team was quick to address any issues that arose with neighbors. Highly recommend Coastal Vacation Rentals and the properties they manage.
