Avila Beach Townhouse Rental - Short Walk to the Beach Beautifully Furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Townhome 1.5 Blocks From the Sand. Sleeps 6. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and K-Cup Coffee Machine. The living room has a flat screen, DVD player, fireplace, and sofa sleeper. Dining Table seats 4 and breakfast bar with 3 stools. Primary bedroom, located downstairs, has a King bed, flat screen TV. Primary bath has a soaking tub and separate standing shower. The second bedroom, located upstairs, has a Queen bed. Washer/Dryer. Deck with gas BBQ, starter supply of propane provided.

Nice rental - good location

Avila Beach is a fun town and this location is quiet and within a few blocks of the beach and a charming little village.

Everything about 219 San Miguel in Avila is what we'd hoped it would be. Great layout - super location - access to shops; beach; travel routes... Pretty close to perfect!

Great quiet location we stayed for 4 nights. Just some minor wear and tear in the bathrooms and kitchen, …. Windows and doors hard to operate. Overall a nice place.

Great Weekend Get Away

Loved the area, conveniently located to shops, beach and Avila Beach Resort. Wonderful location if you’re attending a concert. With no A/C, the mid day sun did make the unit uncomfortable in the afternoon hours but other than that, nice place. Extra bonus was the wagon and chairs for the beach.

Great location

This was perfect location for us. 2 blocks from the beach, quick walk which our kids enjoyed as they rode their bikes. It was a great find that was pet friendly. We will definitely look at it again if we decide to visit Avila without our travel trailer. Lovely little house… my son really enjoyed it and asked when we could move to the beach.

Clean, comfortable, and close to the beach!

This condo was very clean, updated and relaxing. Just a few blocks from the beach and parking is easy. Instructions for the stay were simple and clear. Beds were very comfortable and for two couples we loved having two bathrooms. Balcony overlooks the parking lot but it was not noisy (if your neighbors are quiet) You do have to drive to Pismo to receive and return keys (but not too far away). We would stay here again.

Big plus to have our own garage space and an additional space when our daughter joined us! It was easy to pack a couple of bags and walk to the beach. A day at the beach

Listing doesn’t mention all the beach toys, chairs and beach towels included so we brought a ton of our own stuff. There is no grocery store in the town of Avila Beach and closest is Pismo Beach. An hour round trip if you needed aluminum foil like we did. Upstairs bedroom fan doesn’t work and with no AC, it was needed for sleeping at night. Option was open a window, but noisy neighbors kept sleeping to a minimum. Overall nice place and would recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great and had everything we needed. Place was clean and in good condition and had lots of dishes and utensils. Really close to the beach and we never heard anyone else during our stay.We had a negative experience with the property management company. They accused us of damage that we did not do and hung up on us when we were attempting to explain the matter, and in general were quite rude about the entire matter. After requesting full documentation from them, they finally conceded that we could not have caused the damage and agreed to cover the repair costs.

Condescending and nasty

DO NOT STAY HERE! We have stayed at this location every year after Thanksgiving for the past 5 years and spent about $20,000 with them. No longer. Once we made the booking, the employees were approaching us like scam credit collectors. They were nasty, condescending, and demanding. They also gaslit me for asking simple questions. This year they had us pay a deposit for our dogs. First time ever, so I asked if it was a new Policy. They said it has been going since the company started. Then I told them it has never been in place since I’ve been there. They proceeded to tell me that I’ve never stayed there— we’ve stayed there the week after Thanksgiving for 5 years. I got confused and said, isn’t it the green condo? They said no, it’s grey. It’s green. They were so awful I actually asked to cancel. They told me they’d keep half the full charge and do I still want to cancel 3 months before our stay. We get there with a family of 4 for 8 days. There are 5 towels and no spare sheets. Also, the dresser on the bottom level just collapses to the floor if you are not careful. A few days in it starts to smell like absolute sewage. Suddenly, the plumbing in backing up into the bath tub. We tried our best to clean up but the smell was horrendous. They just sent us pictures blaming us for damage to a table and a tile that there is no way we did, and other “damage” that requires wiping we would’ve done if the place didn’t smell of poop and trash.

lovely house/condo..worked well for me, my wife, son and both grandkids..however heat gain was problematic even with overhead fan running much of the time in living room..also couldn't open 2 upstairs windows facing the driveway.also reported rodent (assume mouse or rat) sound having kept my wife from adequate sleep..we concluded that it may have been a scratching noise within the wall in upstairs bedroom..in any case really enjoyed our stay

Appreciated they had lots of beach toys/gear available.Disappointed the washer/dryer didn't work, jetted tub didn't work, garage is so small it was tight for a Toyota Camry passengers have to get out before pulling into garage because you can't open the passenger side doors inside, no sheets/bedding for the sleeper sofa. My daughter and grandson slept on a mattress pad with one blanket and pillows we shared off other beds.
