The home is built on top of the hill, have paramedic view, over looking beautiful city of San Luis Obispo.
Walking distance to cal-poly and downtown.
Two bedroom, two bath.
Living room with sofa bed(queen size).
Each bedroom have cal-king size heavenly bed with warm goose dawn comforter. The bathroom with heavenly shower with bathtub.
Toilet with bidet.
Second bathroom, rain shower and toilet with bidet.
Dinning area with decorated with colored marble stones.
Wet bar in the unit with Conway ion and ambiance drinking water fountain. The barbecue grill in the back yard. And also sitting area with the umbrella table.
Walk down side stairs to separate entrance. Plenty parking space on the street. Also parking at the drive way in front of the house.
One dog up to 20 pounds allowed.

Clean, Cute, and Comfy

We enjoyed our stay at Suki’s. We enjoyed meeting Suki and her dog, Woody, when we arrived. The place was clean and comfortable. Perfect for my husband, daughter, and her friend while we were in town checking out Cal Poly. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Suki was very prompt and clear on her instructions and approval process. The house was super neat and interesting. The view was just amazing off the back deck and I loved that the back deck was covered with big sliding doors to open.

Beautiful place and great location!

Hey, this place was perfect for a San Luis Obispo rweekend. It was located very close to downtown. San Luis Obispo, had a beautiful view of the city, and I have a lot of space for me and my friends. The host was very communicative And incredibly accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

Unique, artsy great view

This property has a fabulous view of surrounding mountains and is decorated lavishly with beaded and shell artwork. Owner very friendly. Only improvement needed is to stock the kitchen with more cooking equipment and enlarge food prep area; It would be difficult to cook for six here.

Great flat in a good neighborhood. It’s the middle floor of a nice big beautiful house with a private entrance. Very comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms with bidets in each. Bedrooms have nice big king beds. Kitchen/dining area has a great view. I highly recommend.

Amazing Place

The place was awesome. Incredibly colorful and homey, with a fantastic host that was very responsive, kind and helpful host. I went to school in San Luis Obispo and have never even noticed there were houses around here. Close to the action but quiet when you’re ready to take a break from the noise. Very nice indoor/outdoor patio to hang out on, as well. I’d definitely book again!

Artsy home with great details

The VRBO had great views of SLO and made good use of the space - a little two bedroom unit beneath the property owner's home. We comfortably slept 5 people, as there was a pullout couch setup in the living room. The kitchenette and one bedroom shared a cute patio that overlooked Madonna Mt. The ammenities were especially good - bidets in both bathrooms, extremely comfortable pillows, and a device that poured chilled, delicious water, to name a few. Suki greeted us upon arrival with her sweet dog, and she was quick to help us when we couldn't get the lock to open when we got home one night. Would definitely stay again!

Gem on the Central Coast

A Perfect Home Away From Home

We found Suki’s home enchanting. It was immaculate, decor was delightful. We loved the mosaic art work. View was spectacular. Home was well equipped.. Suki greeted us on our arrival. She was a phone call away, came as soon as we called to show us how to use the coffee machine. My family had a wonderful reunion in SLO. We give 295 Santa Maria Ave. 5 stars.
