This amazing brand new home is located only a few blocks away from the Railroad District in San Luis Obispo where you'll find some amazing restaurants and delis! This fully equipped 2 bedroom 1.5 bath is the perfect place to getaway. The deck off of the living room has an amazing view of Madonna Mountain. You will find a bbq and dining table on the deck as well to fully enjoy the beautiful weather the Central Coast has to offer.
1) Please do not engage in any illegal activity while on the property.

2) Please be considerate of the neighbors and respect quiet time
hours. Parties and events are not allowed on the property.

3) No smoking inside the house, do not light candles.

4) If something becomes broken or damaged please notify the host so that we can take the necessary arrangements to have it corrected in a timely
manner.

5) Please make sure that you are using the water, heater, and or air conditioner wisely and consciously as we aim to conserve as much as possible.

6) Please make sure you lock your vehicle and the doors. We are not
responsible or any lost or stolen items.

Great spot

Very nice property in a great location. 15 minute walk to downtown SLO, easy drive to cal poly campus.The home is new or recently renovated and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, modern, luxurious decor. Great deck overlooking the mountains and sunsets. Off street parking, solid AC, new washer/dryer.Will definitely stay here again when we return to SLO

Perfect spot to stay in SLO

Such a darling, well equipped, comfortable place to stay in SLO. We could walk to town easily over the bridge. Would absolutely stay again. We couldn't figure out how to use the heat and they were incredibly responsive and patient. Five stars for sure!

SLO Visit

We enjoyed the property. It's new and well appointed and nicely laid out. The property offers off street parking and a nice deck as well as being walking distance from downtown SLO. We would definitely recommend the property and stay there again.

Fantastic house, poor management

Fantastic house, particularly for a couple. Lots of space. Beautifully decorated and clean with newer furnishings and kitchen gear. Not stuffy whatsoever, and an open floor plan to relax in. High quality pots & pans, and everything you would need for a short term stay. Close to town, and the trains are not an issue considering how infrequently they run. Safe neighborhood as well. The management company, however, Retreat was difficult to work with. We would not stay here again simply on account of the poor communications and nickel & diming that they did. Questions were not responded to timely, and our request for a late check out to two individuals, once we arrived, was never answered. Finally had to call, and were told that we would have to pay for a late check out because the cleaners were on such a tight schedule. When we finally checked out, we walked the neighborhood and for two hours, there were no house cleaners. We would never rent from Retreat again. Timely communications and not feeling like they are reaching into your pocket for extra dollars is important to us

Great townhouse

The unit was just as advertised. Very clean, convenient, and nicely appointed. Very much appreciated the extras like keurig coffee pods and creamer. Well-stocked with extra soaps, shampoo, paper towels, detergent, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Manager was very nice and communicated easily. Would highly recommend!

Perfect VRBO for SLO visit!

What a wonderful home away from home. Every detail was perfect and communication with the property manager was exceptional. The location was ideal and the inside of this gem was perfect. We will be back to this little slice of heaven.

Excellent visit in San Luis Obispo

A family Holiday trip to the Central Coast. Good location - near the rail tracks but not noisy. One train horn a day is all we experienced. Property presents as very new, and has (2) big bedrooms downstairs. Shared bath had plenty of space and was well laid out. Living area upstairs was comfortable, and a fully equipped kitchen. No issues cooking anything. Nice neighborhood to walk -- it's in a hilly area, be prepared for that walking. Easy drive to downtown, easy drive to grocery stores, etc. Front door lock took some getting used to.

nice visit to slo

Rental process very smooth and a couple phone calls were picked up by rental agency by the second ring. Very pleasant and quickly addressed questions. Location is great--walk to 5 different restaurants. Easy access to downtown. Living area is bright and sunny. A few things to mention: the second "bedroom" has a very comfy king bed but no closet and no dresser. There's plenty of room in the master bedroom. There is no dining table; only three high top chairs at kitchen counter. No comfortable chair to sit on the deck. We were happy and lived around these quirks. A short uphill open-space hike right behind the house--we went to the top every day.

Wine tasting at Law & Calcareous

Modern inside, well equipped, clean 2 bedroom house, walking distance to the Amtrak station and Railroad Museum. Enjoyed the sunset on the upstairs balcony. Bedrooms are both downstairs, king size beds, kitchen/living room up a flight of stairs. Only minutes to drive to downtown restaurants and within an hour drive to most wineries.
