Cute 2BR One block from beach

Welcome to Pismo Beach! Bring your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 2 BR property minutes away from some of the best activities in Pismo Beach!

Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 6 and one block from beach you can't go wrong!!

Fully remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath:
*Master bedroom w/ King
*Guest Bedroom with Twin over Full and trundle.
*Shared bathroom
*Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining
*Balcony with gas grill and seating
In the heart of town but very private and peaceful. This condo does not share any walls with neighboring condos next to or below.
Unit is up one flights of stairs. There are no walls connecting to other units and only parking below the unit.
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking for up to 2 cars in dedicated spots and street parking.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

This property does not have Air Conditioning which is common for properties in the Pismo Beach area.

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

It would be hard to beat the location of this property. With busy summer Pismo crowds it was so convenient to be able to walk to all the spots we love in downtown. The space was adequate for 6 and modern. I would recommend bringing extra towels if traveling with 6, but there were plenty of blanket and pillows.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed and made getting around so easy (walking distance to beach, downtown, etc.) The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The entire process, from booking to check-in and communication, was seamless and friendly. It was the perfect setup for the five of us, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
