Pismo Vacation

This is the ideal location for a Pismo Beach vacation. Right on the beach with everything else you need very close. If relaxation is the goal then this is the place.

Perfect liocation

Exceptionally clean, lovely views with lots of windows. Had a little trouble with the lock but management quickly addressed it. Really close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I would love to return. One thing to note is the hotel next door gets early deliveries and it can be a little loud at 7am. I just used that as a reason to take a long walk on the beach.

Great location

The property was perfect for our family of 6. Everything was very clean and the location couldn’t have been better. Beach access and walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants and shops in downtown Pismo made this a great place for a weekend stay.

Great Stay

This property is centrally located, extremely clean and it was easy to communicate with the owners when I had a question. The kitchen is on the small side and minimally stocked but certainly met our needs. Hope to return again.

Family Trip

Second time staying here and it won’t be the last. Perfect location to walk to the beach and great places to eat. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, was trying to find out what the brand is to buy the same for home. I can not wait for our next trip to Pismo and will stay here again.

The condo was very cute and very clean, the front door kept getting jammed, and it was very difficult to get in and out of the door. The location was great.. I experience challenges with the Verbo app and the communication via emails and the app. Which I had never had issues before.

Beach house

We were very happy with our stay! It was stocked and ready for us. We had no issues at all. The communication was great and they even let us check in an hour early! The location was awesome and it walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, but….

The property was clean and recently painted and carpeted. Furniture was ok. Didn’t know we would be on 2nd floor though. Listing did not mention no dishwasher or disposal. A myriad of small problems : refrigerator light out, 1 TV cable had been disconnected- got that fixed. Other TV broken. Kitchen dishes etc minimal, faceplate on some sockets missing, potholder burned through, clock in family room broken, no out door door mat, one beach chair broken.

Perfectly Situated Pismo

This unit is literally steps from the beach. The unit is really nice and provides a great location for accessing all that Pismo and the surrounding areas have to offer. This particular unit is NOT ocean-facing. You can see the ocean from one of the windows (which are pretty high up so you can't see it from from the couch or recliner). The windows in the family room open easily for ocean air breezes and the sound of the waves. There are plenty of beach chairs and towels and beach toys available to guests. It was great to have free parking (if you don't have an oversized car as the garage is tight and low clearance). We had some technology issues with check-in and the garage and because it was a holiday a little challenge getting help - but in the end it all worked out. We would stay in this building again - just with a front-facing unit.

Great Location!!!!

This condo is great. Very comfortable and clean. The only downsides were the door was difficult to enter, the microwave wasn't very good, no TV in one bedroom and we didn't have an email and password for the DirectTV in other bedroom. Other than those small mishaps it was an amazing place to stay. We are already planning on returning next year.

Perfect location

Ocean views from the living room! You can eat your meals at the kitchen table while watching the waves crash. Steps to the beach, easily accessible, rooms were good size for a family of 4. A bit scarce on dishware but overall the kitchen had all that was needed for simple meals. Loved that you could walk to shops and restaurants.

Super Clean and steps to the Beach

Very well furnished, super clean, comfortable beds. Only suggestion we had was it would be nice to include directions on how to access channels on tvs, and some of the outlets were too loose to hold a plug. Overall we were VERY happy with the location and accommodations. Would stay again.
