Close to the Beach, Avila Pier and the Avila Downtown area. The house sits to the south end of the ocean frontage area and looks out across the entire panorama of San Luis Bay with ocean views to the horizon, foothills and beach views.

Rental house is fully furnished and equipped with amenities, including wireless internet. The Living room has cable TV and VCR. Kitchen fully equipped with breakfast bar, large and small appliances, dishwasher added 01/2024, dishes, cookware. The lower level has entry from the carport parking, the primary bedroom with a king bed, and the laundry area. Upper level has the kitchen, living room, full bathroom, the second with a king bed & third bedroom with twin bunk beds, and the large deck with ocean views.

It’s was great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for what we needed. We had Jeff’s daughter with us and she had two boys. One was just a toddler, but the other had never seen bunk beds before. Bedtime was fun! The kitchen had adequate supplies, and the fridge worked great.The vacuum needs replaced. Wires are showing and it is clearly unsafe. The floors downstairs are in need of a good cleaning.
