Awesome property! Very clean and well kept. Just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed the little shops and restaurants that were just down the way. We were so sad to leave and hopefully will be returning in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 3 nights. The last night it rained. We were in bed when water started leaking from the ceiling. It dripped right down on us so we moved to the other bedroom. The bed was a full so it was impossible for 2 adults to sleep in that size of bed. We hardly slept that night at all, it was very bad. I notified Coastal Vacation Rentals about 9:30 that night, did not hear from them until 11:00 the next one bothered to call us on the phone, it was just a text. They wanted me to describe the leak and send them pictures. Their checkout time is 11:00 so we followed their rules and were out of the unit about 10:30. No one has bothered to call to make sure we were ok, or maybe to offer us a partial refund.We are fair and reasonable people but feel like they didn't care,and this property was extremely expensive to rent, which we didn't mind but there should have been some attention to this matter from Coastal. Also, every time we walked up and down the stairs we had to walk past a broken garbage bag, looked like an animal had gotten in it and spread garbage all over the ground. It was like this for the 4 days we were there. It was very disgusting. We won't be using Coastal Vacation Rentals again
