Lovely setting above beach, excellent rooftop hot tub! Very clean and fully stocked kitchen celebrated my birthday and Mother’s Day with lots of fun meals enjoyed in the amazing setting of the open living dining kitchen area. Look forward to returning.

The cleaning service was not done until 4:23pm, so it made for a little wait time to check in, Internet service wasn’t working, but once I put in a request for service it only took about 20 minutes and it was up and running! Clean, nice view, and very accommodating for a family vacation! The house is beautiful and very well maintained, I’d say overall it was a great place to stay!

The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The house itself was perfect for our group of 6 with a great layout and modern design. The location was great - walking to the beach and main area of Avila Beach and a 15 minute drive to San Luis Obispo. We would stay again!

The downstairs bedroom also was very dark which was very helpful for our toddler that slept in there. The company was very communicative about a house issue as well. We can’t wait to come back to this spot!

Girls Trip With My Four Daughters

Everything was wonderful. The home is beautiful and cozy. The views are stunning. It is close to Front Street, so you are within walking distance to everything. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay with my girls. We had a great time.

Great weekend getaway for 3 couples

Lots of comfortable community space, incredible kitchen and substantial private space for each of the 3 couples. Used the grill to cook dinner and everything worked wonderfully. Was a very cold night and had trouble maintaining heat in the hot tub once opened up the lid but that might have been operator error on our part. Was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and heart of Avila Beachfront restaurants and shops. Would definitely consider a return stay.

Birthday Getaway

Gorgeous views. Short walking distance to beach and restaurants. Gourmet kitchen and lots of beach amenities. Large bedrooms, well appointed and bathrooms for everyone. Very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for catering to infants with baby gates and high chair. Very much appreciated.

Beautiful view & lovely home

Great home for the 6 of us to stay for 4 nights. 4 adults & two kids under 10. 1.5 blocks to the beach and resturants. House was clean and well stocked. The house is very electronic heavy so figuring out lights, oven and complicated coffee machine took some time. We will stay here again next summer.

7-Sisiers Mngmt was awesome- especially Terry!! We had a minor hiccup and had to change homes at the last minute, and she made the transition seamless!! Disaster diverted and the upgrade was AMAZING!!! Cannot thank you enough Terry!!!

This is a very upmarket rental with a gorgeous view and extremely comfortable accommodation. Slightly too high-tech for the average person, though. The kitchen is fantastic with everything imaginable you could need but the faucet didn’t work properly which was disappointing and when it did work, no one could figure out quite how to use it! The only flaw is the noise of the hot tub running most of the time which you can’t escape. Certainly one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in.

The kitchen was stocked with nice quality cookware, cooking utensils, dishes and glassware, silverware. There was plenty of cookware and supplies to make a large dinner. Loved cooking in the amazing kitchen while looking out the expansive windows at the beautiful panoramic view of the beach. It was a short walk to the beach. There were items in the garage to use at the beach…beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and lots of beach towels. The upper deck was great with the bbq and hot tub and more ocean views. The house was very clean. The home would be difficult to use for people with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs to get back and forth from the kitchen to the downstairs master bedroom.

I’m not giving 5 stars as the outdoor living area needs attention; worn out deck furniture cushions, dead plants, hot tub lacked proper steps, was dirty with crack cover. Not what you expect for the price. Property management was responsive and did what they could. Nonetheless we had a great stay.

Had everything we needed for a great time. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Walked to Kraken for coffee each morning and then walked the beach. Easy and good breakfast options at Hula Hut and Avila Market Place. Pier Wine and Beer Bar and Local Taproom are great places to relax at. Had a nice dinner at Custom House. Easy to spend your hole weekend relaxing at this place, but short drive to golf in Morro Bay and more activities in SLO. Kathy with Seven Sisters was awesome. Our second time renting a Seven Sisters property and they are top notch.

Everything as described but the corner window views from the living/dining areas (and master bedroom) were simply the kind that elicit that deep ahhhh and invite you to linger. Clear view of both the Avila Pier, the research pier, lots of sailboats, as well as the mountains towards the east.( We had dinner at Blue Moon over Avila and appreciated the real deal slow simmered broth of the onion soup, the fresh fish and strains of Pomplamoose and Pink Martini over the music speakers in the background.) Great built-in Miele coffee sytem, solid Thermidor appliances, lovely cutlery and artistic furnishings with tasteful beach vibe. Love the plush bath towels. Check in easy. Hope to return when visiting family in the area. Appreciated the 360 degree rooftop view and bbq options there.

A Relaxing Get Away

Every day we went out to lunch and came back in the evenings to enjoy the sunset and a dinner with the ocean view. The kitchen is well appointed with an open comfortable design. The jacuzzi upstairs was relaxing as well. This is a perfect get away to relax and enjoy. We hope to return again someday.

Wonderful Anniversary Weekend

What a well decorated place with all of the amenities. Towels, kitchen ware, bedding, etc were top notch. Then you add the view. Astonishing. This place makes you want to stay in, cook and drink wine every night. It's magnificent. We will be back in Sept. Thank you!!
