The beach is right outside your front door and boasts white sand along a 1 mile stretch of beach. Home to boogie boarders, surfers, beach goers, sun bathers and the like, Avila Beach boasts some of the best weather in the State of California.

Our wall of glass opens up and lets the ocean come into your living room.

We have shops, wine tasting, restaurants, 18 hole championship golf, marine center, spas that are all within walking distance of your house.

Other area activities are over 200 wineries, 7 golf courses, deep sea fishing, ATV riding over sand dunes, Hearst Castle, Morro Bay fishing Village, San Luis Obispo shops and restaurants, Cambria, Live Theatre, Movies, etc.

Fabulous Stay

The property was just lovely and the location was ideal: steps from the beach with great views, close to restaurants and in the midst of a fun, bustling scene. We loved people watching on the beach and enjoying the happy diners at the restaurants below our second floor deck. The rooftop space was amazing (f windy during the stay) and we can't wait to come back again.

Perfect for a family

The adults were happy about the proximity to restaurants, and the children were happy about the proximity of the beach!

Master toilet had an issue running the whole trip and the rental contract was a nightmare

1. Super expensive rental but the master toilet had issues. Not what I would expect from a high end rental. You couldn't flush it normally otherwise it would run endlessly. I had to take the top off the toilet and manually fix it able 10 times. I raised the issue to them and someone came over. Basically said we can't flush it normally and did nothing. 2. The rental agreement is not professional. It states loads of rules, fines and the tone not fitting for the hospitality industry or really any industry. It made me uncomfortable for the whole trip. It was shared Less than two weeks before a Christmas trip. They offered to let me out of the reservation. I spent about a decade working in contract compliance, so I was pretty uncomfortable with the horrific state of the agreement and what I was forced to sign. it was not standard. It's a Frankenstein agreement that somebody has added to probably over a decade plus that has become 10+ pages. 3. Loads of spiders in the home. They need to increase maintenance. Many were in plan view. 4. Property had an elevator but it was not reliable. We had planned to host Christmas but had to cancel plans and change the location to my grandmothers home. She's 100 years old and can't do the stairs anymore. Again o called someone they came over right away but we could never get the elevator working again. I didn't trust it at that point either.

Some of our favorite things to do is travel and meet new people. We are happy to share our beach residence with you as I know it will be an unforgetable experience for you.

We have been in San Luis Obispo for over 20 years and the area has many great leisure activities, outdoor activities and incredible weather. Avila Beach is home to 300 days of sunshine a year. When Santa Barbara and Pismo Beach are socked in with fog, Avila Beach is sunny most days...

Great Beach, restaurants, shopping, wine tasting, excellent leisure, sports activities, great weather, vibrant wildlife activity, 8 golf courses(one within walking distance of your rental), Hearst Castle, deep sea fishing, kayaking, tennis, ATV over the sand dunes, horseback riding, shopping, Avila Beach Market(Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm) vendors line up on the beach prominade with food, music, gifts right outside your rental.
