This is a beautiful home which is walking distance to the beach. We had a fantastic weekend here with our children and grandchildren. The host is the best. I would return here again for a family reunion. It was the best!!!!!

This rental was outstanding in every way; absolutely stunning in architecture, decor, and amenities. The home was exceptionally clean and the host was very responsive. The home was just right for our large family beach vacation. There was one fun activity after the next. And the elevator allowed our most senior family member to easily move between floors. The home exceeded our expectations. We look forward to our next visit!!!

We had the best time celebrating our moms 80th birthday at the Cobbo Beach house! The elevator came in very handy for them. We were able to fit everyone under one roof due to its amazing spaciousness. We never felt on top of one another. We loved the great room with the huge kitchen, bar and outside deck area. We could have the big doors open and feel the ocean breeze. It was a great location! Just blocks from the beach. There was something for everyone to do. Beach, golf, wine tasting, fishing or watching the niner game on the huge TV. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need for a home away from home. Lisa was great to work with! She was quick to respond to any qestions for concerns. We will be back!

Cobbo’s Beach House was awesome! Can’t beat the location and all the amenities offered. The rooftop and hot tub were a favorites of our group of 12 adults. Hope to be back again!

This house was incredible. It was exactly the way it appears in the photos. We had 10 adults stay and everyone was very comfortable. No detail was left undone. We were very happy staying here and would do it again in a second!

Fabulous location in Avila Beach

We had a wonderful stay with our 3 adult kids and their families. San Luis Obispo is our home and this stay was one of our best and easiest vacations ever. The house and amenities were just great and we were steps to the beach.

Eleven family members were able to stay at this amazing property while we celebrate a milestone birthday for mom/nana. Everyone had a space to call their own! House was clean and very comfortable. Our host Jay was very responsive which was appreciated. The family agreed we would love to return!

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing time in Avila. This house is exactly as pictured. It is very spacious, very comfortable, has so many amenities and is in an excellent location. We used the bikes, boogie boards and the kayaks and had so much fun! Easy to walk into town or use the golf cart to make a quick trip. Jay is very easy to work with and a great communicator. We would stay here over and over again.

Excellent Family Vacation

This place was awesome! Jay went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and happy!! The beds were amazingly comfortable! There were 17 of us and never felt crowded! We didn’t want to leave!! The area is quiet and lots to do!! We will be back!!

Amazing experience

My family stayed here to celebrate my mom’s 70th. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and so fun. We loved playing ping pong, hanging out on the rooftop Skybar, riding bikes to the beach, and cooking on the outdoor smoker and grill. The owner is super nice and communicative. Highly recommend this amazing place.

Amazing Property

Cobbo’s was amazing. Everything was first rate, from communication with the owner, to the pristine property, to the location. This is the place you want to stay. Our family of 12 loved everything about it. We’ve probably enjoyed 40 VRBO stays over the years, and this is in the top 3, which says a lot. Thank you, Jay, for sharing your home with us!

Sibling Reunion

Loved the property. It was the perfect accommodation for age 60+ siblings. Couldn’t have done it without the elevator which made it possible for those with limited mobility to enjoy all the festivities.
