Upscale Living in Downtown Avila Beach

Condo Rental, Avila Beach, California Ocean Front Luxury. Seaside and Pier Views from Windows and Balcony, Located Across From the Sand. Enjoy second floor luxury 1100 square foot one bedroom one bath apartment on the corner of Front and San Miguel Streets across the street from the beach. Ocean views from both inside and the private balcony.

The Primary Bedroom has a king bed. The living room has queen sofa sleeper, two 42" TVs with Direct TV programming including all the movie channels, fireplace. Wi-Fi Included with Every Stay. Washer/Dryer. Central vacuum. Complete equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, and housewares. Duvet, shams and mattress pad are laundered after each occupancy

The gated garage includes parking for one vehicle (a second parking space can usually be made available with advance notice), dumbwaiter to apartment and outdoor sand shower. There is 7' clearance for vehicles in the parking garage. It’s location is isolated from other living units and provides secure private parking.

If desired, a keyed back entry stairway may be used from garage which is available to this unit and one other. The keyed entry stairway is monitored by a camera.

Loved this location in Avila Beach. Beach view from balcony is nice and just enough off of Front Street to avoid some of the noise on the weekends. Private parking was wonderful. Farmers market and band on Friday night were a definite bonus. Close to SLO and Santa Maria but without the hustle and bustle of Pismo Beach. Would definitely stay here again!
