Kitchen Stove/Oven currently not operating. Equipped with breakfast bar, small appliances - convection oven and hot plate, dishes, cookware. Retro oven replaced with countertop electric convection oven. Dining area seats 4. King bed in primary bedroom with large window and ocean views. En suite half bath.

Awesome location

You can't beat this location and views of the ocean! Steps to the beach and restaurants and amazing views of the ocean from the large deck, the living room and the bedroom. The property host was super responsive and helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out. :-)

Husband birthday vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful house with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The house was clean and well-maintained. Just wish the management team would have let us know the oven was not working, but made it work with the hot pan they provided. Plan on going back for another vacation in the future.

House with a view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start with the good first. Great location. Large house. Excellent view from the East, South and West. King bed was very comfortable. House was clean. Carport was great for unloading and entering house. All one level. Great to listen to the waves and people watch. Now for the bad. This is a very 1950's house with worn metal cabinets, a big old stove that didn't work so they put an electric hot plate too small to use for anything but heating water in the tea kettle or cooking 2 pancakes. We had to call about changing a very dirty bath mat. The furniture is 1950's bamboo frame with cushions which looked straight out to the ocean through 3 huge dirty windows that didn't open. The other couch was a sleeper sofa. There was only a small box fan to cool the whole house.The weather was beautiful, in the 70's but the house got too warm for comfort and the deck didn't have any shade, umbrella or table. You had to move a heavy iron lounge out to the deck and found a beach chair from the storage room. Our 4 night stay would have been better if there were more fans at the very least. But they didn't have any more to give us. We actually thought about leaving a day early. We're 70 yrs old. Maybe some of this wouldn't bother people that are younger.

Great Beach Front Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes, It's a little dated, but you can't beat the location and the views. Good WiFi, good TV, good bed and close to several good restaurants. You'll need a bit of ground clearance to get into the carport, but once you're parked you can just about walk to the beach and lunch/dinner.
