IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday.
Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

This incredible newer custom home sits right on the bay and enjoys amazing views from most of the property.  You will love the open common area upstairs that has lots of windows displaying views in every direction. The state-of-the-art kitchen will make you want to spend time cooking during your stay! With spacious decks on both levels, both furnished with very nice patio furniture, plan on spending lots of time outside enjoying the harbor views where you can hear the sea lions barking and have a front row seat to all the sealife and human life activities on the bay.

Nice place. We spent a lot of time just watching the birds from the back decks. Paddle boarding access is not bad, just a short walk down the concrete path behind the house.

This is a very well-appointed and well-maintained property with everything one needs for a lovely stay. And the view is spectacular. People may think they'd want a view of the famous giant rock, but this view of Morro Bay is far better--it's peaceful and gorgeous in every light and weather. This place is exceptional.

Delightful Destination

Just spent an amazing 5 nights at the bay view home. We experienced weather from hard rain and fog to lovely sun and all were heavenly, The house is very quiet with views from almost every room --we saw sea otters and a bald eagle right off the deck. The very well equipped kitchen gave us a reason to stay in and enjoy family fun cooking and playing cards. Oh, and its placement is very walkable to restaurants and waterfront parks. Can't wait to return!

This Property was AMAZING

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The view is absolutely beautiful looking out onto the bay from a couple different balconies. The property is also conveniently located close to downtown MB. The house is very modern and updated. There is a spacious living area. The beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this property. My family and I will definitely be back soon.

Morro Bay stay 5/23/2025 - 5/26/2025

Beautiful home close to the water. Really enjoyed relaxing and cooking there. The coffee espresso machine was out of order and the grill and fire pit were not operational due to no propane. The VRBO showed these on the images. We were hoping to have enjoyed an evening by the fire pit. Maybe next time. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home in Morro Bay.

The house has a great bay view, but you cannot get to it without walking at least a half mile, even though it looks like you can. The house is comfortable but could use some new indoor paint and cleaning of furniture.

Fantastic home of a summer getaway

A great stay from beginning to end. Check-in was seamless and the host was quick to address the minor issues we had. This well-appointed house had great amenities and a nice layout -- three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry area downstairs and huge kitchen (with high-end appliances) and living area upstairs. The kitchen is very well stocked with small appliances, dishware, cookware and utensils. The master bath/dressing/closet area was huge. There are kayaks and life jackets in the garage that guests are welcome to use. Though the marina area behind the home is marked private, the people there were friendly and gave us permission to push off from their pier. Though this part of Morro Bay tends to see a lot of fog, it is centrally located. Chances are you'll find a sunny beach in nearby Cayucos, Avila Bay and/or Cambria. The charming city of San Luis Obispo is about 10 minutes away. I'd highly recommend spending a week here, especially if you're trying to escape the heat!
