sure there were things we thought could be better and the lights and blinds switches were all pretty confusing, but the location was so great that nothing else really mattered. Really enjoyed the stay.

Communication with the host was great. They met us at the house when we arrived and walked us through, including explaining all of the features. The house and view were amazing. We stayed with 3 couples and all had plenty of room. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful spot for our family get together. Loved that there were several great spots to hang out — the front patio overlooking the ocean, the inner courtyard with the fireplace, the kitchen….had an amazing time

This was the 1st time to ever rent a property (we always stay in hotels) and being that this was an extra special graduation trip, I was nervous of what to expect. The property blew us away!! It was sooooo beautiful!! Everything was perfect and the location was ideal. The property manager was very attentive and kind. We hope to rent here again very soon. 😍

Perfect Ocean Beach Retreat in Morro BayOur stay at this VRBO was absolutely wonderful! The location right on the ocean beach in Morro Bay couldn’t be better - we woke up to stunning views and fell asleep to the sound of waves every night. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cozy, and we loved having direct beach access right from the property. Watching the sunset over the water from the deck became our nightly ritual.Morro Bay itself is charming, with great restaurants and the iconic Morro Rock as a backdrop. We enjoyed morning beach walks, spotting sea otters, and exploring the Embarcadero. The host was responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local spots. Check-in was smooth and the property matched the listing perfectly. We can’t wait to return - this is our new favorite coastal getaway!

California meets Italy

Absolutely wonderful. The whole experience has been tremendous. The home exceeded expectations with charm, amenities and meticulous details. The sweeping views from the living room and bedroom of the ocean beyond words and the whole set up provided spacious living, entertaining and warmth. The agency team and supporting service folks also tremendous. Location ideal for so many events, wineries, restaurants hiking time out on the water. Truly a tranquil and restorative experience. We cannot wait to return next year.

Beautiful

The pictures do not do this property justice. Every detail is just amazing. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and so inviting. We enjoyed the views, cooking in the kitchen and the courtyard. Sitting outside listening to the ocean with morning coffee or wine at sunset. Soaking in the jacuzzi tub with Morro rock in the panoramic view. Playing games after dinner by the courtyard fire or gathered together for a movie in living room. Everyday walking the beach or playing games in the sand and exploring the tide pools. This was for sure a dream vacation not just for the location but for the house making us feel we were in another country on an exotic trip. We loved every moment.

We stayed at this gorgeous beach front house with two other couples. Each couple had a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The house is beautiful with an amazing view of the beach and Morro Rock. The check in process was smooth-the realtor managing the property met us and gave us a tour. The house was very clean and well equipped. All 6 of us loved the house and the setting. The pictures of the property are accurate. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location

What a place, overlooking Morro Bay with views toward the Rock to the east and sunset to the west. Everyone room is well decorated and insuite bathroom. The living room has a full panoramic view of the ocean and furnished with comfortable furniture. We had dinner in the outdoor patio which is a tropical paradise. For our family get together, we will be staying here next year again. Honorable mention to Catherine and her husband, Marvin showing us the home at our arrival. Catherine was always available when we had questions. We have been using VRBO for our trips all over the United States and Europe and this place is the tops along with the agent. Love it!

This home was a great beach get away with friends. The pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed amazing panoramic views that included Morro rock, surfers, kite surfing, dolphins, whale spouts and amazing sun sets. We were centrally located to wineries and fantastic restaurants. Fantastic!

The house of perfect for a family getaway. Beach view is incredible, kitchen is stocked, close to Paso wineries, restaurants, and tons of amazing parks and elephant seal viewing. Property manager was incredibly helpful, walking us through everything at check-in. Note that VRBO says that check-in is after 4pm, but it’s actually at 4pm sharp. We will be back!
