Be aware of the stairs to this rental. Its a beautiful place but not good for seniors with the outside stairs

Let's begin with the fact that every aspect of this condo is of high quality. Examples: pot and pans, the beds, the appliances---well, you get the idea. And, the lighting is just delightful. Using the dimmers you can create an amazing shore front mood with the sound of the ocean in the background. We spent just about every evening sipping wine on the deck overlooking the beach. We've rented this condo 5 times and will continue to do so as long as we are physically able. The owners go out of their way to make this rental special. Of course, the location is special. The only way to get closer to the beach is to be on the beach. Cayucos may be the cutest town on the Pacific coast. This rental is special.

Fabulous stay! We really enjoyed Cayucos and the property. It has a world class view, and it is just steps from the beach. Parking was no problem. We never had to move the car because we could easily walk into town. Great hosts!

The condo is right on the beach. Great location. Very clean and updated. Great communication with the host. It did say there was a hot tub, which we never found. Not sure if there used to be one. Great place. Would stay again.

Photos didn’t do justice to this beautiful home and its location! The home is perfectly appointed and the views from the deck can’t be beat. We would definitely want to stay here again. The community is quite sleepy so be sure to make plans early if you want to visit shops or restaurants.
