MARINA DI MODICA SUITE is a charming and independent apartment for tourist rental, located on the ground floor of a multi-family house, located in the center of Marina di Modica, just 200 m from the sea.

The structure, just renovated and furnished with careful attention to detail, consists of entrance hall with comfortable sofa bed, two double bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, laundry corner, large outdoor area equipped with greenery and garden furniture.

Marina di Modica suite is equipped with all comforts: satellite TV, air conditioning / heat pump, washing machine, equipped kitchenette, barbeque, large outdoor shower, corner of aromatic plants, car and motorbike parking in the private courtyard.
The structure can accommodate up to a maximum of 6: double bedroom, twin bedroom, living room with sofa bed.

Staying in Marina di Modica Suite will allow you not only to spend a wonderful beach holiday but also to visit the nearby cities of art such as Modica, Scicli, Ragusa, Noto, Syracuse; other coastal towns such as Pozzallo, Marzamemi, Sampieri; and sites of archaeological and naturalistic interest such as Cava Ispica, Vendicari, Capo Passero.

Prices include electricity, water, gas, use of kitchen and dishes, bed linen and towels, initial and final cleaning. (Bed linen and towels affect € 2, 00 per person for the whole stay).
The prices are however to be agreed in relation to the period and length of stay.

Quiet superior vacation flat with large terrace

We stayed 6 days at Carmelos and were very satisfied with the nice flat (ground-floor) and the large both sunny and shady terrace / garden. There is a car parking space on the driveway (door to drive way can be locked) The furniture and equipment were very tasteful and of high quality. The rooms were recently renovated. The flat is very quiet, clean and fully equipped. There are an umbrella and seats for the beach. The fridge was filled with different cold drinks when we arrived. This was very pleasant because we arrived on a Sunday in the heat. Carmelo was very helpful and he came immediately when we needed assistance. All necessary shops and services are within short walking distance. The beach is 5 minutes away. We would certainly come back. Thank you, Carmelo, for your hospitality

eine schöne und sauber Ferienwohnung

Ganz Strandnah und im Centrum von Marina di Modica liegt die schöne Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse wo es sich wunderbar sitzen lässt und man auch grillen kann. Toll ist auch, dass es draußen eine Dusche gibt die man gut nach einem Strandbesuch gebrauchen kann um den Sand ab zu spülen. Ein Auto kann direkt in den Innenhof gefahren werden und man kann ein großes Tor schließen, so dass es sicher steht. Es gibt 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Ein Wohn/Esszimmer mit TV und eine kleine Küche mit Kochgelegenheit Kühl/Gefrierkombi und eine Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter, Carmelo ist sehr nett und bemüht einem alles recht zu machen. Gerne werde ich diese Ferienwohnung wieder mieten da ich alle 2 Jahre hin fliege um meine Familie zu besuchen und ich schon einige Ferienwohnungen kenne. Grazie mille Carmelo Vanella

Es ist wirklich sehr schön!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön! Neu renoviert, sehr sauber, die beschriebenen Leistungen sind alle vorhanden und funktionsfähig. Wir, kleine Familie 2E und 1K, waren sehr positiv von dem Gesamteindruck überrascht. Reisezeit Juni 2017. Wetter war top! Wassertemperatur im Meer zu dieser Jahreszeit wunderbar! Alles in der Nähe, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Essen gehen, Eisdielen, Cafe, der Strand. Der Service vom Gastgeber ist toll! Wirklich sehr schön! Vielen herzlichen Dank Carmelo!

Casa stupenda, comodissimo il giardino

Splendido appartamento al piano terra, con un ottimo giardino e tutte le possibili comodità (detersivo! Bagni schiuma, lenzuola, asciugamani, etc) . La posizione era perfetta, vicina al mare e ai punti d'interesse Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Bellissimo soggiorno.
