It comprises an entrance hall, a living room (with a 140x190cm sofa bed, TV, and Wi-Fi) opening onto a balcony (unobstructed view and outdoor furniture) with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (including a Tassimo coffee machine), a bedroom (with two 80x200cm mattresses side-by-side and a TV), a bathroom (with a walk-in shower, washing machine, dryer, and towel warmer), and a secure parking space.
Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency: for example, a 140x160cm set of sheets and towels is €42 per week.
Optional cleaning fee: €60.
During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €10 per day.
