Sunny high-ceiling condo perched midmountain at Okemo - strap on your skis and GO! Slopeside development with ski runs just across the parking lot. Location location location. Largest unit at Winterplace includes 4 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft. Bunkbeds galore! Woodburning fireplace in cathedral ceiling living room. Skylights brighten the space even on a cloudy day. This is the best place for two families to ski together.

Well-appointed kitchen with fondue pots, two coffee makers, and everything you need to cook for a crowd. Clothes washer/dryer in unit for wet clothing and separate mudroom for messy gear. Ski closet outside unit for convenience. Outdoor deck for fresh air and mountain view. Jumbo kitchen counter to spread out breakfast before you hit the slopes. Too cold to ski? Jump in the indoor pool. Easy parking. Close to the tennis court for summer fun.

This 4 bedroom with loft Okemo condo is located in the popular Winterplace development, and is within walking distance (approx. 100 yards) to the ski trail. This top floor, two level condo has vaulted ceilings above the main living area, making it open and bright. Winterplace is a convenient location on the mountain. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace. The trail leading down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated "beginner", making this a great location for skiers of all levels. Winterplace amenities include indoor pool, hot tubs (winter only), and tennis courts and basketball hoop in the summer.

A great space in a great location! Plenty of room for our family of five to spread out. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with. Access to the ski locker was appreciated. A three minute walk got us to the top of the AB Quad. Would definitely stay here again!

Second stay at Winterplace

Another wonderful stay at David and Carlyle’s condo in Winterplace. Comfortable condo within a short walk to the top of A quad chair lift and the first run of the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great ski getaway.

Fantastic ski weekend

We took my daughter and her friends up to ski, and had a wonderful weekend. The home is clean, well stocked, roomy, and so conveniently located! We were able to ski all day and easily stop in to the home to eat and take breaks. The hosts did an outstanding job. We highly recommend!

Perfect Ski House for a Family Group

We have rented other homes in the Winter Place Community and this is our favorite. It is a short walk across the parking lot to the slopes and it’s close to the indoor pool as well. The loft area has a separate lounge area with a TV that was claimed by the kids as well as a separate privateroom with a double bed

Could not have found a better owner and place!

Carley was absolutely amazing. My family and I were in a bind and needed a place to stay ASAP. The check in process was easy & quick. The house was very clean. Rooms were cozy and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay. Location is AWESOME for all family members. Okemo Family Weekend

Large, clean, and family friendly condo. We enjoyed skiing all day Saturday and went over to Jackson Gore so the kids could go tubing, ride the roller coaster, and toast S’mores. Loved coming back to the condo and sitting by the fire. We ordered from Off the Rails one night and ate at Killarney’s another night for dinner. So much fun!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Okemo home. The location is a major plus, conveniently close to the ski lift, which made our days on the mountain easy and enjoyable. The house itself is lovely: very clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for cooking and daily living.We stayed as three families with kids, and the space was comfortable and well-suited for our group. Great spacious condo right on the mountain. The unit was extremely clean with updated kitchen and bathrooms. We really liked the fact that this unit was 2 floors and had a living room on the first floor and another living room/tv room upstairs so that the kids can have their own space. Plenty of room for 2-3 families or couples. Winterplace is our favorite area to stay when we visit Okemo and we will definitely book this unit again!

Great Ski Vacation

David and Carlyle were great hosts for a perfect ski vacation. They were super accommodating and helpful. Their place allowed for easy ski in/out, which made the location ideal for maximizing our time on the mountain. I would definitely recommend this location at Winterplace.

Great weekend get away

We candy o the area to look at colleges and needed a place to relax and unwind. This was just the spot. We loved the giant common area and all the nooks and crannies where the kids could go to chill in private.
