The huge veranda with a spectacular view on the sea is furnished with table and chairs.
The beach is 3 km far, the town is 2 km far, the junction of hightway Palermo-Messina is 2 km.
The estate 'Santa Tecla' is halfway between the east and west sides of Sicily. The house is in the countryside, surrounded by gardens and olive groves and is just 3 km from the beach.
The house is equipped with:
- a double bedroom, in which it is possible to add a baby cot.
- a twin bedroom,
- a bathrooms (with washing machine);
- fully equipped kitchen with dining area;
- private landscaped garden with a sencond exterior shower;
- a panoramic terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with veranda, table, chairs;
- barbeque to cook and eat outside;
